Why are my clouds like this?
They do this weird clipping(?) thing and cut off; I can't even see them from the ground and I have adjusted a lot of settings like fog or checking configs for clouds
Idk what's causing this, I'm sure there's a simple solution, but I can't figure it out.

what mods does lunar client have
i would really like to know what mods lunar clent have beacuse on there i can reach up to 500 fps, but with forge i only seem to get 130-150.
LODs broke after removing mod, any way to recover them?
I removed inventory pets from my server, also removing its structures. Shortly after removing, i started getting warnings from DH in chat and these started appering everywhere. Can i fix this file or do I need to make a new one and regenerate all of my lods for the server?

Trees not generating in distant LODs
Trees nearby, get generated into LODs, but the trees well outside the vanilla render distance (distant chunks) don't get generated.
If I fly over there, they would generate, and then get shown in the newly updated LODs. But takes big time to do so, obviously, and the behavior is not really normal.

Distant Horizons generates trees correctly. If there isn't any at all, but supposed to be, it may be due to the fact that the world you're playing is unpopulated. There are some premade worlds, that get trees and ores only as you explore the chunks. Since DH doesn't really explore chunks when making LODs, it can't make trees there.
Do double-check whether the world you've made or downloaded has trees and stuff populated. There were bugs when DH didn't render leaves, but that's another topic....

is distant generation capped lower than the LOD render distance radius?
trying to pregen a large world with LODs before i play it rather than letting it run as i play (for performance, and so i don't end up outrunning the LODs if i move fast quickly) was gonna leave it on overnight while i sleep, set my lod render distance to 256 chunks, came back an hour later and saw it seemed to stop at 32 chunks. sure enough if i moved it started generating again, is there a setting for this somewhere?
Where is the bottleneck?
None of my cores are maxed, nor my GPU. This seems like a lot of performance on the table, is there anyway to utilize any of it? I tried changing the 96 high LODs to 256 extreme LODs, but that just dropped the shader performance by another 20fps. Still nothing is visibly maxed or limited either.

Ah i just found the solution. setting the CPU render ahead limit from 0 to 1 puts GPU at 99%

DH stopped working all of a sudden
let me preface this by saying I do use DH with Lunar Client using Fabric. The mod has been working perfectly fine since I started using it, even yesterday. I'm on a multiplayer server on 1.19.4. You can see the other mods I am using in the screenshot as well. When I press the DH button in Options the game crashes. I have also attached one of my logs of thsi happening as well.

Hello all! I’m running a server with dh installed on my client. I’ve noticed that lods generate but they don’t generate all the way. Does anyone know what can be going on or how i can fix it? Maybe I missed something in the faq. Thank you much!
i need help with the menu
I know i have DH installed by the message when i start a world but i think i accidentily turned off the option to show the logo so idk how i can reopen the menu to turn it back on even reinstalling hasnt worked

Better vertical quality for pixel art rendering
I'm on single player on the latest nightly build DistantHorizons-fabric-2.0.2-a-dev-1.20.4 with iris and indium on fabric. I have a pixel art build and I am on extreme for both vertical and horizontal render quality. The horizontal renders every blocks but the vertical smears it. Is there or will there ever be a higher setting to make my pixel art look better from farther away?

Wierd lines moving with view
1.20.1 DH + a compatible shader ( i tried all), strange patters in the horizon anywhere I look, only appear in borderless or fullscreen, does anyone know whats causing this?🤷♂️

Game freezes when starting new world
I isolated the problem to Horizons. When creating a new world on 1.19.2 Forge singleplayer, the game completely freezes and does not show the % bar/world of the wolrd loading. I have exit code -805306369 show up in the minecraft launcher when I close the game.
DH stops loading LOD chunks after changing LOD render distance.
as the title suggest changing lod renderdistance basically just disables the mod for me, running default settings works fine if i try to increase nothing works, reverting back to 128 the default will not work either and wont fix until restarting the world.

DH + Bliss not working
I've read the other questions and tried what others were suggesting, but I still haven't found a solution. I use the latest version of DH for 1.20.1 and the in-dev version of Bliss because that is the version that is supposed to support DH. What am I supposed to do? You can ask for more info if needed.
Some error, and all LODs just disappeared
Been playing around in 1.20.1 and this happened. LODs unloaded from the screen and such chat message.
