Why do I have over 30,000 videos pending for transcoding if I only have about 5,000 uploaded?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out something that doesn’t make much sense to me. According to my stats, I have around 5,000 videos uploaded. But when I go to the “Transcode videos for wider compatibility with browsers and devices” section, it shows over 30,000 videos pending....

Photo export from old server

Doing a sort of fresh install and just going to CLI re-upload photos from a dump of the old server not really "migration" Though ran into an interesting issue. on the old immich server web ui > admin > server-status to confirm usage and photo / video count, noticed it's much more than what's in the actual directory on the server. memories not showing up

Removing duplicates from Immich that are found in an external library.

Hi there, I am wondering if there is a way to remove duplicates that were uploaded to Immich, but exist in an external library without having to go one at a time (there are 35k duplicates).

FFmpeg error 234, unable to create thumbnails

Hi. A couple days ago, Immich started to bug out for me. Every entry after a certain date showed up as "Error Loading Image", and wouldn't show the image as a result. Checking jobs to hopefully refresh everything, I also realized no jobs were running. There were things in the active tab, but nothing ran, some "failed", but the numbers just never went down. Logging from iOS app doesn’t work

Hi guys! Thanks for making Immich. I’ve finally gotten it to work on Unraid and accessible via my domain using Pangolin. It runs fine in the browser, but the mobile app keeps saying “Server unreachable”. Is there any guidance on how to get the mobile app working when Immich is behind a proxy? I tried the Traefik configuration in the documentation but that doesn’t fix the problem and just breaks it entirely (inaccessible via browser as well). Thanks in advance!...

Duplicate Detection seems buggy?

I set the Duplicate Detection Maximum distance to the minimum .001 I have a few thousand pics on my device in various folders that I configured to backup as albums. Somehow almost all of them get marked as duplicates and never get uploaded. Only 155 out 6248 got uploaded. Over 6 thousand are duplicates? Duplicates of what? Of the 155 that are already on the server?...

Windows 11 lost access to docker directory

I basically need to know if there's a way to force access to what used to be there or if I need to just delete them from docker and attempt to restore what I have. Is the automatic DB backup enough to do that? At worst I'll start fresh but I'd really prefer not to. So I set up Immich via docker a while back. Not sure what happened but during a Windows update at some point the Linux directory just stopped being an option. 😐 I didn't notice for some time as Immich and my other Docker apps continued to run just fine. Fast forward to when I have some time to update my apps and I can't run my scripts because the directory is inaccessible. I updated docker on another day (quite some time later) and Linux became an option again...... except all of my files are still not there.... Help?...

Not able to get the option of frame in immich

Hello everyone i recently started using immich and since then am in love with it.. I was going through another project known as immich frame and wanted to try that out the problem which i am facing is i am not getting an option of "Frame" on the immich admin pannel from which i should be able to take the token no and put it into immich_fame to work... i tried by setting the env variable "- ENABLE_FRAME=true" but still it doesnt work... I am aware that immich_frame is not maintained by immich but as i am not getting the frame option in the immich thats why i hopped in here....
