Not able to get the option of frame in immich

Hello everyone i recently started using immich and since then am in love with it.. I was going through another project known as immich frame and wanted to try that out the problem which i am facing is i am not getting an option of "Frame" on the immich admin pannel from which i should be able to take the token no and put it into immich_fame to work... i tried by setting the env variable "- ENABLE_FRAME=true" but still it doesnt work... I am aware that immich_frame is not maintained by immich but as i am not getting the frame option in the immich thats why i hopped in here....

Immich ServerEndpoint Error

So i am hosting Immich on Windows via Rancher Desktop (Basically Uses WSL) and it is running properly when i am accessing it from Host Machine. I tried connecting to it via my android device by using http://host-machine-ip:2283 but it waits for few seconds and then give Server is Not Reachable Error and Also tried accessing via browser on mobile but didn't worked. My Compose and .env files are Defaults (Timezone changed to Asia/Kolkata) My Wifi Network worked with Plex Media server before but not this time...

immich broke overnight, and after trying to fix it I broke it even more :)

So I have immich setup on windows 10 in docker desktop and overnight it just stopped working (on external networks). Upload Problems Through Cloudflare

I discovered tonight that my Immich phone app has been unable to upload a number of videos due to being over 100 MB. I use Cloudflare as my public endpoint on a free account, so the upload limit is 100 MB. For other reasons now fixed, my network switching when I get home on Wi-Fi is working again. Have you given any thoughts to chunking uploads so systems like Cloudflare aren't breaking them with upload limits? Might make uploading more reliable as well when retries need to occur. As far as observing the behavior of the app when the upload limit is impacting, the upload progresses of, for example, a 2 GB video, but never makes it to the Immich server. So my phone exerts the effort, data is consumed, with no reward. Immich never indicates a failure....

Migrate from an old version

I just brought my old NAS back to life and I want to update Immich to the latest version. The version currently installed is 1.79, and I know a lot of stuff changed since then. What's the best option to migrate to the newest version? I don't mind starting over but I want to keep my photos.

Broken timeline, infinite loading

The timeline has stopped working a while back. I have no clue as to why other than that it prompts me with the error message Null check operator used on a null value. This has a few results including the query and debug steps that unfortunately do not provide a solution (https://github.com/immich-app/immich/issues/16046#issuecomment-2764126232). The timeline randomly stops at april 22nd of 2025 and refuses to load any other images. I've tried running the recommended jobs. Has anyone got a clue what might've caused this? Attached is the current docker config. This is on server version v1.132.3, app 1.132.3 and iOS version 18.4.1. Logging in bypassing the reverse proxy (local IP) does not resolve the issue....

Very slow app Android

Hi. I've had the issue for months, actually for almost all the time I've used immich that the android app is crazy slow. It crashes, freezes, I cannot view albums because it freezes, it does not go into the album I select because the UI changes to the default view right after a Search. Larger versions of images take forever to load so even if the app does not crash I cannot actually see the content of an album. I have no issues when using the web on a desktop. It is quite frustrating. I have reset the app many times. That is I've deleted both cache and storage and logged in again. It helps sometimes briefly but then we are back....

I've got an issue with adding the storage. I have ubuntu with 2 mounted disks. 1 for 10gb for system and one for 700 for photos. Both mounted. When I add path for big one in env file Immich anyway shows me 10gb storage 😦 Tried everything, any help?...

so, sometimes I open the app on Android and it get stuck on the splash screen for way too long. it doesn't matter if I'm on cellular network, local wifi o any other wifi. I'm attaching the apps logs that I could save once the app finally open...

external access via nginx works then breaks then it works and then it breaks?

So yesterday I setup external access via nginx and duckdns, here is my current setup and issues. I'm on Windows 10, immich and nginx are both running on docker desktop, ports 80 and 443 are open, in my firewall inbound rules ports 80 and 443 are set to allow all connections private and public, duckdns is live and working with my current updated ip address, nginx settings for immich should be correct. Also when I visit "https://[URL].duckdns.org/" locally it works, it just doesn't work from external networks So yesterday before I went out immich wasn't working and randomly after 3-4 hours I decided to check it out and it was working (idk how or why) and it was working for a full 12 hours before it broke again (I didn't change or update anything) now it's back to not working. I have no clue what's going on or how to fix it pls help....

Create database dump

I am attempting to trigger a database dump. I create the job, but I don't see any sort of status that it is running or has run. Is there a way to check that? Looking in backups/, I don't see any files writtent. Running on TrueNAS v24.10.2.1 immich v1.132.3...
