WYou can increase it to 9A, but the PSU might drop out on sudden changes in power and motors will report Undervoltage fault. So keep that in mind

WThe print finished. Unfortunately it's the same! Good news is it's not my ( or yours) design, but something else. Probably the 3D printer. I'll take some measurements and try a calibration print later. But I think it is a small error that is accumulated across the teeth.

FYeah, you need an FFB collective 
MNot sure what printer you have, but outside a scant few most need tuning in all axes before they print dimensionally accurate. I had to make pretty big changes before mine would reliably print to dimension. Start by calibrating the extruder axis, then extrusion width, then x/y/z. I used Pronterface to read/write settings to my printer's firmware, following this guide: https://all3dp.com/2/how-to-calibrate-a-3d-printer-simply-explained/

WFor these prints I used a Flashforge creator 3, mainly as I can print 2 pulleys simultaneously. It's previously shown to be dimensionally accurate, however I admit I don't think I've ever run a calibration cube on it. Being a closed system I can't use Pronterface. But it should be better than most i3 style clones out the box.

TThe GitHub that AsBurli linked for mabo1972 and a few other options you might find are built for the 57BLF size motor kits. If you buy the bigger motors (86BLF) you will need to modify the files or design your own.
GI would like to know that too. By copying the weapon_release effect I added a very simple feedback for the flaps on all Jet Aircrafts using the aircrafts.py file (not realistic at all :D). But when I tried to add Landing gear transition and airbreak (which I believe are their status values - noted in Purple on the picture) I was unable to do. I am too dumb to understand any of this and I just "monkey see monkey do" with the already added effect. Maybe someone more clever can use the Runway_Rumble or the Buffeting telemetry as a model to help us implement the others.

WThanks, I'll take a look. I did complete my calibration cubes. They turned out a little over sized. X - 20.1 Y - 20.08 Z isn't really an issue in this situation.
WSo perhaps that .5-1% is what is causing the issue. Whilst I don't think I can tune that out in the printer, I can simply scale accordingly. Might be worth a shot.
TCan you modify the steps/mm through the printers user interface? Is there a settings/advanced settings menu option? Most firmwares I have seen allow this so you don’t have to connect to a PC
MThere are a few out there, including the one walmis modified to make the stock Rhino from on github. There are a few iterations of Propeller's floating around but I don't have links off-hand.

My focus on 1. kinematics 2. form factor and 3. mounting options, and got the shell down to a 150mm cube that can be bottom/top/front or back mounted. RYou’ll probably have to go into G-code to do it. I had to with my little Monoprice Mini. Either direct USB injection or a lump of G-Code on an SD card to run.
