Hello everyone, how to appeal for penalted acc?

Hi guys! I have a question. I was injured because I have an accident, and I was not playing pubgm for 2 years aprox. So, I went to play but my account was stolen for someone of Brasil. The recover account from Pubgm only give’s me the options of 6 months details for the account. Its anything that i can do to recover? I have the prints when I sync the social mídia and purchase things.

You can submit an account recovery request by navigating to the right side of the screen on the login menu of the game and selecting ''Help'' option. After that, select the Third-Party Login Platform Issue option and select Account Recovery option. Make sure to provide all the accurate and required information and wait patiently for a response from the customer service.

If you already submitted a claim and if it was approved, you can log into your account through the Phone/Email login option using the email that you had provided to the customer service through the account recovery tool, @BABY.

You can apply for it through in-game by navigating to the map selection menu and selecting the WOW option and tap on Become a Creator option.

I dont understand, am i asked to be banned? I do not know what I did wrong,

And also 04/08/2023 was the first day i play on the acc, and only one game which i believe was around 12:34pm and finished after 26m.

The game i was playing was squad game.

I do not know what I was penaltised for. Pls help me.

On my first day i was penalized for something i dont know. I dont even use any cheat/hack, and other rules mentioned in link given.

Is it possible to take the name of an inactive player, in my case the account is 4 years old, not a single match has been played in any mode. The account has never received popularity and has not played a single RP mission.

It is unfortunately not possible at the moment, @Yirama. Support for recycling of usernames is something that Tencent is currently determining when to launch. Stay tuned.
