They all use Xiph Rnnoise as backend for noise suppression, it's the best open source one. From the 3 solutions I mentioned the easiest to set-up is NoiseTorch. But as Jorge pointed out you should also make sure your mic is configured correctly, you try to record your voice with Audacity while checking sound levels.

I never used any of those because I only use my computer mic in Discord and Discord comes with Krisp noise suppression integrated. I just wanted to show you have options you can try. NoiseTorch is the simplest to set-up. EasyEffects comes with a lot more effects to play with. "noise suppression for voice" is an always on solution that needs to be configured at the CLI.
