I'm tempted to put Bazzite on mine and my Wife's PCs, would you recommend this as a primary desktop?

I'm tempted to put Bazzite on mine and my Wife's PCs, would you recommend this as a primary desktop? I'm willing to slowly learn how to navigate and do terminal commands, only thing is, I also like to make music and don't know if I could get the program I use to work

First experience with Nvidia certainly won't be 100%, I would not recommend for their first experience. Only if you're willing to give the assist

Idk how similar bazzite is to Fedora but I couldn't get the computer to the desktop after installing Fedora on an Nvidia system

I would dual boot, but I heard it doesn't work well, so if I do it I'll probably format all my drives and start anew

For streaming games, doing a unlisted YouTube live is everything I needed. AV1 or HEVC on OBS is the way to go.
For anything else that won't play nice with copyright, I set up a Owncast on a VM. It's very simple, just ran their script, configured caddy for the SSL certificate (optional) and it's ready to go

pretty sure davinci resolve was in a similar state when it first released on linux too (actually worse because it required running their own specific distro i think lol)
