KObviously. I'm just pointing out an issue a new Linux user could run into on an immutable they possibly wouldn't elsewhere (where distro-provided packages are installed vs being mostly flatpaks, etc)

KYes. I'm hardly advocating Traditional over Immutable here. Just saying there's still learning curves/hiccups.
Jthere are exactly zero traditional linux clients with any kind of market penetration. And most of the growth you can account to steamOS. There's no reason to make new users suffer through a 1990s model.
