PHey m8 if you wan to take the front panel off (panel on the same side as estop) you can see the estop & check that the wires are still connected, they are not soldered on the have ?connectors, it's possible they have come loose.
NJust FYI… This is what it looks like with the front panel off. Just need a torx driver to remove the 15 or so screws
Pmy only suggestion is to double check all connections of the estop, check the clips, double check the wire is secure at each end etc.
EI guess the problem is that the bolt which tights the switch is loose. I would like to have some guidance to dismantle the device and tighten the nut. I am not happy to estaré unscrewing without a plan or basic knowledge
Pyeah I recently had to replace my estop & as a non diy'er it's pretty daunting feeling the first time you have to open up the Rhino

EI am also worried about the wooden frame, not to overscrew it. 
HOn the protomaker github is an assembly instruction that for all intents and purposes works for the Rhino.

FI’m getting lots of these messages when I press the import button. The number of dialogues varies and I can’t see any logic to the files it’s talking about. I’ve reinstalled, with no joy.
WLooks like Qt wants to load a shared library from another application (Jotta) with a different Qt version. Not sure why though.
Xstrange, someone had following:
- USB Connected, all good, Chromium detects and board works well
- when powering on, nothing happens (no motors activated)
- when pluging/unpluging USB while motors are powered they go
- fan doesn't spin (maybe related)
anyone can suggest were to look?

Xpretty common wiring with color code
WMeasure your PSU voltage coming into the motors

HCheck belt tension, check if the pulley sits tight on the motor axis, make sure the belt pulley isnt rubbing against your seat (ask me how I learned)….
LMay be a Walmis question, but is there a way to disable the buttons on the VPForce device, especially if you're using a VKB blackbox for the grip? Niche circumstance but some programs have a total button limit and I'd like to free the number of buttons that VPForce reserves by default.
Pyou can use the loopback app + HIDhide to make the vkb grip & Rhino seen as one. Of course only downside is you will likely need to rebind in sim

PThe AC adaptor that came with the my Rhino just died. Is there any AC adaptor that might be recommended to use as replacement?
LYou can mount a VKB grip mechanically with an adapter available from VPforce - is that what you want to do? If you have a TM base, it won't connect to the grip though. The grip would still require a VKB Blackbox to work.

SSo what i want to do is fit my VVKB grip to the moza FFB base and in a review video i watched done by Jabber he showed a VKB grip with some sort of adapter that would fit the MOZA FFB that has the fit as the TM and virpil grips.

Rjust unboxed my rhino last night. Is it supposed to have a sort of cogging feeling right out of the box? does that go away once it's hooked up and it does its own movement
NWith no power applied, you will feel cogging in the motors. As soon as its plugged in, that should disappear.
RI knew it was gonna be big but I'm still surprised at how big it is

HImo, it’s really compact for what’s in it.
CIt's pretty amazing to turn it on the first time and feel how smooth it is. Sometimes I turn it off just to feel the cogging and switch it on to feel the magic.
SI am looking at both of them.
Rthe telemetry app doesn't see dcs for some reason
Rdcs is very much open and running the 64
L2nd downside is loopback doesn't bring over any axis information. It's just buttons and POVs.
