TNo problem, I would recommend keeping effects tabs at 100 and tuning via sliders but your preference may vary
Nremember that the settings here only apply when no game (or telemffb) have started their own spring effect. Those values only apply to the default spring effect that is started when using the base as "just a joystick".
TFor Monster Rhino: with 100% set for spring in effects tab, 59% on spring slider in settings tab will be equivalent to standard Rhino.
FNow I'm curious to see what percentage of spring strength starts to show the issue.
FAnyway. I'll probably leave it to 100% so it doesn't annoy me when I'm not using TelemFFB 
TIf I remember correctly the grip you have is really heavy so you may have some negative inertia effects playing against you. More damping or some friction may help.
TYour damping is set very low
TAlso your sliders for inertia and friction aren’t doing anything because they are turned off in effects.
FJust for the fun of it I am making out all sliders one by one. Right now it's oscillating even with full spring and dampening effects.
FNevermind. Dampening helps getting rid of the issue.

TModified gain maps for damping, that make it change quickly near the center, have also caused oscillations for me.

TA steeper vertical slope near the center. Shallow angles were okay.

I finally have time to play with it. I'm here to bother you to solve a problem! I drive on #Dcs /IL2 Bob and Mfs 2020!
My #rhino is well recognised by my Windows 11pro/Amd 7800x3D/64 ram ddr5/Mobo-Asus B650E-E ROG STRIX/ RTX 4090/Pimax Crystal Headset /MFG rudder. I launch the 2 Rhino apps (VPFORCE Configurator+Telem FFB) I use the #Rhino configuration (default rhino), I didn't change anything! Everything works very well apparently. My problem is that my Rhino, when I push/pull it towards me, everything works very well with a resistance in flight but: Laterally? My #rhino from left to right is all soft? I don't understand at all?

LMy #Rhino is connected to a Hub -USB 3.0 self-powered with an electrical outlet and connected to a USB-3.0 socket on my motherboard!
But nothing works!!

WThe X motor has shutdown due to instability, try reducing
To reset motors click Debug tab -> Reset Motors button
Both motors should have status OK at the bottom.

Si like that your stick returns smoothly at center. how did you achieve that?
DJust finished my build.
Unfortunately i get the following:
"[17:24:06.018] * USB Connected
[17:24:06.029] Motor 0 timeout
[17:24:06.029] Motor 1 timeout"
both motors appear offline.
They have power. I get see them both having green flashing led.

FMy guess is that applying some damper helps.
FBesides their power cables did you connect their data cables too?

FA picture of the board may help. I'd try disconnecting and reconnecting the data cables in both the motors and board just to make sure they are connected correctly.
DTy. Give me some time to unscrew the front cover
DDid that and one of them worked. But the other one is still offline. seems that the connectors are a bit loose
DWell, it seems that the jst pins inside the connector had moved slightly outwards. i fixed the connector and now it works ok.

I push "Auto Calibrate" again
Apply Settings and Store Settings
raw_x and raw_y on the left panel haven't changed.
raw_x = 14 and raw_y=1172
and the joystick indicator has the dot somewhere in the top left range

FAfter auto calibrate I click store settings not apply settings.
FAnd remember to move the stick to the max positions after hitting auto calibrate.
FAnd then once you move the stick to the max positions you hit store settings.
Dso i remove the centering tool during the process? in the pdf it says to do that afterwards

DIf i don't and just push Auto calibrate once, move the stick to max positions and click again, then joystick indicator is correct but still raw_x and raw_y are not 2048 at the center and values are way off the 0-4096 range
