Unfair banned....

Dear PubgMobile,
I recently received a unfair ban!

I was finally enjoying my free time. Been playing 4/5 matches what the first 3 matches where completely terrible...

And i was mid game i received the ban right after i killed a player that was hiding behind a rock wanting to throw a grenade but i killed him right away. His own grenade exploded on him self (not sure how that's possible while aiming a grenade)

But i heard a ( Sniper shot on the left side of the enemy ) and went right after that location and killed the last guy. I remained following my teammate.

I did transform into a wolf. Jumped of a hill and then i got the pop-up (Internet connection error) and right after i received the ban notification.

This is the explanation what happened before i got banned.

I would never use cheats. And especially not while i did spend around 5k into my 7 year old account!!!

Hello. :r_pengwave: Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.

As the ban is not correct. I want my last match score to be cleared. And a fair sorry for the inconvenience. Because during the weekends i spend so much money / hours into the game.

Because for me its just odd. I play with 3 fingers on my phone. And it never been any suspicion of any kind of cheats.

Can't you read? It's flagged that doesn't mean they think you hack as you described you made a weird move so the game banned you temporary just wait

I am reaching out to appeal a 10-year ban that was recently placed on my account, which I believe was issued in error. My account has been active for over 6 years, and I have invested significant time and resources into it, strictly adhering to the game’s rules and fair play guidelines.

On the day of the ban, I was playing a friendly room match with one of my in-game friends. After winning that match, he requested a rematch, and I attempted to create a new room. However, as soon as I tried to create it, I was suddenly banned. I was shocked, as I have not used any third-party tools, cheats, or committed any actions against PUBG Mobile's policies.

Please review the activity on my account to verify my gameplay. This account means a lot to me, and I hope you understand the impact this ban has on my experience. If there’s any further information or proof I can provide to assist in the review, I would be happy to do so.
