Usually this can only mean that an unauthorized person has compromised your login method, accessed your account and had unlinked your linked social media accounts from your PUBG MOBILE account. That explains why it created a new account when you log in using your login methods. Unfortunately, if you do not have access to your game account, then the customer service in game will not be able to assist you.
My fb account got hacked and hacked added his social. Haven’t been able to login since then as he is using a higher version then me. Submitted ticket with a screen shot of uc purchase. Been over 60 days and no follow up. Next steps?

They will process your unlink request now since you have provided them with all the information that they have requested from you. All you have to do now is wait for their response.
Where they gonna respond to me!? They close the conversation and its been a week, thats why i asked if I should tap ‘new conversation ‘ so i can get the messages when they contact me or just waiting in the same conversation, im scared the hacker gonna banned my account 10years
So basically I got banned for an unknown reason? Or perhaps due to downloading a cracked version on a non jailbroken ios device? I am honestly confused and the consistent permission restriction is not helping
I am no longer getting the option to file claim since my account is not banned anymore. As I said, I'm only trying to reason as to why my rank got demoted
Even if they did make a mistake in my case then how do I tell them to atlesst investigate the case cuz I have all the proof that could possibly be needed in order to prove I didn't violate a single rule (I read the Terms of Service)
The unlinking process may take up to 60 days, but it also means your request can be processed much earlier than that. The customer service will open the ticket and send you a message once they have more information regarding your request.
My frame rate setting is now limited to only "Low". Can I do anything about it, given that it was just fine a few days ago and there were even an "Extreme" option? Thanks you
