Usage of VPN isn't recommended and that might be the reason of this problem. For now, you have to wait for the cooldown period to be over.

Hi I'm currently banned under 3rd party but I have a Gmail from someone who stole my account and was able to get back and yesterday while I was at work I got logged out 3 times and the 4th was a 3rd party ban and I tried removing all his stuff but he kept logging in.
