I am a player from Bulgaria and here in our country I have helped at least 200 people get their stolen accounts back. I know how things work, but I don't know why, despite giving the exact date of the theft and all the necessary information, I don't have a result in my favor?

I gave 6-7 names that I used, photos of when I was on the account, over 20 dates for loading UC, the email that was in it, 2 numbers that I used in the game, the exact date and time when it was stolen...

I can't make a claim through the game because I don't have my old phone. I filled out the form they gave me in Discord and it was rejected. I also wrote many emails to the customer service, but they tell me to file the claim through the game...
