is it possible to purchase vp using a prepaid vanilla mastercard?
Without 3ds, most prepaid cards are just declined. Sometimes just with a message "something went wrong"

If I were you, I would just forget the ban and play without buying skins. Maybe migrate to cs/faceit if you just want the competitive feel
