mixed lods loading depending on camera angle

LODS are gone/ wont load
ever since i changed worlds lods wont load, tried deleting lod data so they can regenerate but nothing, even relaunching the game, and changing some settings.

Funky LODs on superflat worlds
Not sure what is going on here, only happens on reload when MC for some reason starts generating normal chunks, giving a cube styled chunk

launcher causes network to crash
whenever i try to install a game itll cause my network to crash, guessing because of no download speed limit. Is there a way to make this stop?
