Stuck on "connecting" on discord, not able to connect to any VC across any platform

Ethernet Extremely Slow (Not On Windows, Only In Bazzite)

Just today I have switched to Bazzite (good riddance Windows 11). I have nothing but Bazzite on my drive. Not dual booting. I notice my internet speed (wired ethernet) is extremely slow compared to being on Windows....

Are you sure your not confusing MB (MegaBytes) with Mb (Megabits)? 4MBps is around 32mbps (8Mb=1MB)...

Creating a custom image to restore akmod "nct6687D"

Hey! I just switched to Bazzite from Windows 10 recently and I'm loving it. It's my first Linux distro so please have some patience. I'm quite technical (I do GameDev, Programming and 3D art) but just not well versed in Linux stuff. My main issue is that due to my case design i need to control my case fans through software otherwise my GPU stars to overheat (90+degrees) and cause system instability (got BSOD: Code Hardware failure on Windows). Vampire the masquerade bloodlines 2

Can anybody tell me what's happening: i have vampire the masquerade bloodlines 2 installed, device asus rog ally z1 extreme bazzite. The thing is that game freezes absolutely from time to time, seems like trying to shader cash, and only fully restart of the system helps. I've tried ge proton, proton, cashy proton and nothing works. It looks like this : I am playing and then game starts stuttering and then freezes completely. I can hear some sounds from the game sometimes, but it's extremely choppy. Can anyone advice something, please ? 🙏...

ujust get-lsfg failed with error code 1

I attached a screen shot of what happens but the gist of it is, you run “ujust get-lsfg” pick “install decky plugin” and you get the screen attached with it failing with error code 1.

Wacom Pro Pen 3 Buttons Not Working on Bazzite: Help Wanted :)

Hey everyone! Trying to setup my Wacom Intuos Pro 2 with bluetooth and everything seems be working okay except for 2 issues. #1 When connected via bluetooth only the first button is recognized. Once plugged in all 3 buttons work correctly. Does anyone know how to fix this? #2 It seems like some software windows cannot be moved by grabbing the top bar and dragging with the pen. I've mostly seen this on apps that are not downloaded through Bazzar....

unable to get microphone to work at all.

im brand new to linux entirely and know next to nothing about it. i cant get my mic to work at all. the person i was trying to play with said they could hear my computers audio, and i can hear my own audio through my headset... any ideas?

Frequent Wayland crashes with only a few applications running

Running bazzite-nvidia-open with Intel i5-3570K, nVidia GTX 1650, 2 monitors. nVidia driver version 580.82.07 I am very technically familiar with Linux but new to Bazzite. I am loving it so far, but have seen 5+ Wayland crashes in the last 2 days, which is a big headache because I run lots of terminal windows with editors, and they all get killed due to the Wayland restart. One of the only thing sthat DOESN'T get killed is System Monitor, if it was running. edit This appears to be resolved by disabling the media player widget in the systray. It may be unrelated, but I also changed both monitors to use a solid color instead of an image background....

hey sudently i tryed to open bambulabs on my bazzite, no jumping icon or anything. i cheked system update, rebooted, uninstalled bambulabs, rebooted, installed bambulabs again and still wont start, chekked a little on google but nothing worked. im realy new to Linux D: (i instaleld it throug bazzar) anyone got a solution?...

Solution:

i fixed it! 😄 i had to delete the .config file for bambulabs and now it opens! 😄 just follow the strain then delete the .conf, start the software and bom it opened! 😄...

Pcsx2 - controller not registering inputs

I've set up Pcsx2 with a Nvidia controller. The same setup I had on Windows previously. The controller is detected by Linux, it shows up as SDL-0. It seems to work with the Game Controller settings app. It is detected via SDL-0 in Pcsx2, but does not register any inputs, neither by remapping or in-game. I've messed a bit with the flatpack permissions, and enabled some stuff that sounded plausable. Google is no help. Any ideas?

i have a issue with my computer freezing then powering off and then when i power it back on it resum

when i play a game or when i just casualy use my computer my computer freezes and the audio starts looping then my screen turns off and what looks like my computer goes to sleep but when i press power button it turns back on and resumes where it let off. how do i fix this?

Unable to purchase steam games in Gaming Mode

Hi All - on my OneXFly F1 Pro device with Bazzite, I'm able to add games to my cart, but never able to proceed with payment/purchase. Once I go to my cart the only options available to me are "Continue Shopping" or "Remove all items".
The only way for me to purchase games is to switch into desktop mode to complete the purchase. Appreciate any help!...
