Installing Foobar2000 on Bazzite
I have tried installing FooBar on Bazzite using WineZGUI.
It loads but throws up errors when trying to play any media.
Is there any full proof way to get FooBar running on Bazzite?...
Very annoying graphical bugs that cover the screen
After I updated the firmware (and I even js reinstalled) I started having this issue where if I hold my cursor still, this weird thing happens. It’s usually only on one monitor, but it swaps. Doesn’t happen in windows or in gaming mode. I use the gnome desktop and an amd rx7600 non xt. Does this with vrr on and off.
Rotate GRUB by 90 Degrees so It's Horizontal
I have my grub themed but one problem is that I need to rotate it by 90 degrees so that it doesn't appear certical and squashed any more on my Steam Deck.

I am trying to install bazitte alongside windows on a thinkpad x1 carbon laptop.
(I intend to rebase latter to my own image that i made using bluebuild)
I have removed the boot and the / partition for my old os (nobara linux)
But the EFI system partition apears to be the same for windows and linux, and curent has this structure if i mount it :
- A folder called BOOT...

Would a patched/cracked .exe work? It's annoying to have to login just to play offline.

atomic-xr doesn't seem to be working for me, axr apply gives an error message. maybe somebody knows the answer here:

So I was trying to set up two additional clocks only to realise my timezone list was blank for some reason :o
PC enters emergency mode every time I boot up
I was playing a game with one of my friends and my pc crashed. When I tried to boot it up, I was kicked into emergency mode, I ran the command journalctl and grabbed as many pictures of error messages as I could. I'm not very experienced with Linux, and my one friend who usually helps me out with this stuff is unavailable today so he directed me here.

[Bazzite] Blender prefs install issue
I'm having some difficulty setting up Blender on Linux using the download from Blender.org.
I'm running it directly from the folder to side-step the issues which the Flatpack version has (Vulkan and AMD GPU detection for cycles).
Now; those two things ARE solved, but i'm not managing to restore my installed addons in my usual way:...
ujust install-opentabletdriver seems to replace / break tablet drivers in kernel - even when removed
Tested with 3 bazzite systems, it seems to be something in the ujust recipe causing the issue.
System 1, the user ujust install-opentabletdriver, then plugged in their tablet. Tablet does not function, but is recognised in the opentabletdriver gui (but nono function), recognized with lsusb.
System 2, works without installing anything, installing opentabletdriver from bazaar flatpak - recognises tablet, but does not function (same as system 1), uninstall the flatpak - tablet works in full seemingly using the kernel driver as before...
Unable to run anything that is not installed via Steam, please help. Tried everything.
Before anything I would like to inform that I am using linux for the first time, installed Bazzite on my rog ally handheld.
I have tried downloading games from Epic game& GOG via heroic launcher (Outer worlds, Mafia 3 definitive edition & fallout 3 goty) I also downloaded & tried a few GE proton versions. I have changed steam properties to all kinds of ge proton, experimental but all the time my games don't even load. Steam goes back from playing back to play. (Except with fallout where i got infinite steam loading screen).
I also installed battle net, the installation went correctly & battle net even launched but after adding battle net.exe to steam, setting proton experimental & using code WINE_SIMULATE_WRITECOPY=1 %command% I am back to nothing opening. Steam Simply shows playing for a second & goes back to play....

How to reduce grub resolution?
On my 4k laptop, I have 2 problems: 1) the grub boot menu is in 4k - so it's all super tiny. 2) If I have TPM and secure boot enabled, it actually runs out of memory, and I've heard you can lower the resolution to fix that.
So how do I do that on Bazzite? Most of the stuff the AIs tell me is bunk, and doens't work....

Gaming mode Suddenly broken
I installed a new power supply into my system and for some reason, when I boot it up, it skips gaming mode and goes to desktop mode. I tried to go to gaming mode from desktop mode, but it just dumps me back out at desktop mode. Any help?
Bazzite problems Galore
Been trying to get bazzite reinstalled for 3 days now. I get it back on my system, but the internet (which is wired in) isn't being recognized. Discover dissappears randomly and my 3rd monitor is not showing up (despite being recognized)
Can anyone shed any light on this?...

I would like to create shortcut in my app menu that starts a vm and directly goes into the viewer.
with the system installed virtmanger you could do this

Bazzite Gamescope Streaming to Steam Deck (SteamOS)
I’m running Bazzite-gnome-deck as a living room pc setup. When I go to stream games to my steam deck, running steam os, the stream only takes up half the screen on my steam deck.
Has anybody experienced this? Or is there anything I should try?...
