Long system loading time

Hey all. Just installed bazzite to my lenovo legion and everything works great from the box. But one thing that really bothers me is system loading time. It's around 20-30 seconds. Lenovo logo blinks two times, and on the third time it's there with a bazzite little loader. After that i can see log in screen. Can't install bazzite-nvidia-open-stable-live bazzite-nvidia-open-stable-amd64 dual boot

I've already tried everything. Installed Windows just fine, and can boot just fine from it. I tried both Ventoy and FMW with both ISOs. Live ISO boots into the installer, but it doesn't let me create EFI File System partitions....

Screen flickering with AMD Video Card and 240 hz monitor

Good day! I've really tried to search for a decent answer on Linux forums and Bazzite Reddit, but nothing useful was found. I am using 1440p 240 hz monitor (Samsung Odyssey G6) with AMD 7900 XTX Video card. Each time I am trying to activate HDR, the screen starts flickering (turning black and getting back up again). After installing bazzite, the sound worked well, i tried to setup dualboot and configure ui and after some time, I noticed the sound wouldn't worked even after reboot. On the sound manager, the virtual output is there but nothing for both Bluetooth headphones nor from the native speakers...

Bazzite Deck and Dock. Has anyone had a success with this?

Has anyone had success with having bazzite deck installed and using a dock with it. For example I have a rog ally z1 ex and a WD19TB dock. On Windows I just kept it constantly plugged in and every time I turned on the ally it just worked straight away all the monitors, keyboard,mice, external ssd. However on bazzite its just been honestly hell. On load most of the time the keyboard and mouse don't connect till I physically disconnect them and replug them back in. Sometimes the displays will work on startup other times they won't. I have setup so that the default session is plasma desktop. Now most of the times if I leave it plugged in and I turn it on. It will just not load any screens or anything until I unplug the dock and replug it back in then instantly the dm will load....

Download page for specific combination not working [ASUS, GTX 16xx, KDE, Not BazziteDeck] 'live' ISO

Hey, so, the combination of options for the bazzite 'live' iso as in the picture is leading to a 404 from the hosted bucket. It's the same for both GNOME and KDE live iso options.. I just want to try the iso on my hardware first (which i'm 100% sure, is already supported by the kernel and nvidia drivers) and don't want to install it right away! Is it that those versions simply don't exist and are a part of the main ISO or it is actually down? Thanks!...

Smart card reader on distrobox

1 week old in using linux for first time in my life and i am struggling with this one issue. I have bazzite installed. I want to be able to use my usb smart ID card reader to sign documents and log in to government services etc. I quickly understood that everything is separated on bazzite and making application to sign documents work and browser plugin to detect card reader just was not possible. They work on their own but dont interact with each other. My next step was to try setup distrobox. I am using Ubuntu 24.04 as it was what government necessary applications are originally developed on which led to easy installation and setup....

So I have found solution and everything is running as intended. Even tho was complete nightmare of trial and error until figuring out for someone new to linux. This is how I did it if someone new maybe struggles for something similar: 1. Have to stop pcscd service on host bazzite cause it interferes and blocks distrobox to interact with smart card: sudo systemctl stop pcscd.socket sudo systemctl disable pcscd.socket...

Gamescope will not limit FPS in games when using -r flag.

So I'm attempting to use gamescope for its various benefits, like limiting FPS and enabling HDR, but I noticed that gamescope will have very bizarre behavior whenever I move my mouse or press keys on my keyboard.
