I have a maximum of 100 concurrent connections. What offering is best for me?

I teach and have a few hundred students - prob a max of 100 will connect to my database (v small, 1000 records). What plan is ideal for me?

Cant change plan in Azure and website.

I have created an instance in Azure and can't upgrade my plan from free to paid. In Azure, the change plan shows only free. And I tried on the web to pay for the launch, and I received an error "unable to process payment."...

Scale to zero

I am on the scale plan. And in the documentation it is saying that I should be able to configure the scale to zero time from 5 minutes and down. As you can see in the screenshot I am only able to turn scale to zero on/off.

billing address support

im trying to get set up with upgraded version and i cannot get billing payment to go through the linked stripe.com / link. i have tried my bank account, google pay, and 2 different credit cards. it will process the payment but then when i get back to the neon billing page, it sends an error "Unable to confirm billing address"

Failed to get session in client side and unable connect to database

Hello, i need help on this issue. I setup user authentication using drizzle, better auth and Neon for my nextjs app. Now, I tried to get user session on the client side so I can display username or email in the header section. I have gotten a couple of errors like “failed to get session” and others in the attached images. Now, I can even login using user credentials or OAuth. I noticed the Neon compute is “suspended”. All my efforts to resolve this since last night hasn’t been successful.

Billing Plans

Hi, I'm currently on the Legacy Launch plan ($19 a month) and was wondering if I should switch to the new Launch plan? Is this a better cost or has any benefits compared to the Legacy Launch plan, or is the Legacy plan better cost and feature wise? If I was to move to the new Launch plan, would what I receive for $19 be any different to what I currently get as the $19 plan does be quite well, sometimes I go over the allowed compute hours and stuff so have to pay extra - no idea if the new Launch plan will end up costing me more or not. Thanks!...

Listen/Notify not working on NEON

Neon Auth, user_sync on a different database that isn't default neondb

I am trying to set up Neon-Auth with my database rather than using the default neondb. But all the created users are going to the neondb database, is there anyway to change that so that I can have them in the same database?

When I try to upgrade from free to the $5 per month plan, it keeps rejecting my address as invalid

My city is in the middle of switching my zip codes so some services reject the old one, and some still reject the new one. It seems that I am unable to pay and complete this transaction, and therefore my app is stuck without a db that can be used (i hit my free tier limit).

I tried to use prisma to link neon_auth.user_sync to another table. But when i migrate i reset the table and now i can't create my user again. [Issue] Project storage limit

Hello, According to the new pricing structure, each project has 0.5 GB data of storage for the free tier. As can be seen in the uploaded pictures, I have one project, with one branch, and one database - 172 MB in total. History retention is turned OFF. Since the total DB size is 172 MB, why does it say I use 0.49 GB already, out of 0.5 available? I have no other projects, branches, etc, other than the one I mentioned. Help appreciated. Thanks in advance....

wrong usage time?

According to the stats, Neon shows I'm using almost 50 CU-hours in 10 days (since Aug 15), but the site is only getting around 25 daily visits. It's just a catalog with a couple of filters and no registered users yet. I feel like 4.7 hours per day is too much, right? Could it be DEV time?...

Need to transfer ownership

My boss was recently let go and his company card cancelled. I need to transfer the ownership of our org to myself so I can get in, remove his access, and put in updated payment information. Nothing is showing me how I can accomplish this though. What steps do I need to take?

Contining to get "Exceeded compute time quota" after upgrading the Scale plan

I'm still getting "ERROR: Your account or project has exceeded the compute time quota. Upgrade your plan to increase limits." when trying to connect to my db, even after upgrading the the "Scale" plan
