When I try to open my mic it says ‘go to device settings and allow microphone permissions’ but when I go to microphone in settings it says ‘no applications are requesting microphone permissions’ how do I resolve this??

It's been 2 years

It's been 2 years since my account got banned. And still remaining banned. I was using an emulator to play the game due to lack of performance in my mobile. I know lot of emulator players get banned for false things but they get unbanned later but mine still banned after two years.
