Forgot Gmail Linked to PUBG Claim – Have Claim Number

It is your e-mail so only you should know it, perhaps can try to check your e-mail and search for "PUBG MOBILE", if you find a any e-mail sent by PUBG MOBILE, then that should be it. Otherwise, you may try to contact the in-game customer service to see whether they can help you with it.

120fps was already released through a patch update for 17 Pro/Pro Max. 90fps should soon be released to the 17. As for the 17 Air, it may take a little longer.

Feature Request: Improve Throwable Aiming for Non-Gyro Players I’d like to request a feature that addresses a clear disadvantage non-gyro players face when using throwables. Currently, once a non-gyro player pulls the pin, their aim becomes fixed if they hold the eye button (free look). This means they cannot reposition their throwables after committing to the throw. Gyro players, however, can continue adjusting their throwable aim even after pulling the pin, giving them a much bigger advantage. For example, imagine two windows: a non-gyro player aims at the first window, pulls the pin, but the enemy quickly moves to the second window. The non-gyro player cannot adjust, leaving them at a disadvantage. In contrast, a gyro player can smoothly reposition their aim using gyro and throw accurately....

Game crash

Game nonstop crashing after 20mins in. It happened every time I tried to get back in . Doesn’t matter if I’m in Cheer Park or in-game matches . It still crashed. I also repair the game at main login and as well as restarted my iPad(it’s 9th gen btw). Any suggestions?

OnePlus 9 Pro FPS Problem

As you can see, these are the frames I have in an Arena match on PUBG. Before the last update, things looked great. I had no frame drops, I was always running at 90 frames, but now with Super Smooth and Extreme+ enabled I have a drop of more than 20 frames. As seen in the title, this is a OnePlus 9 Pro. I also want to mention that on the Beta version of PUBG I did not have any problems of this kind. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, I would be grateful!

Is there anything in PUBG Mobile that actually gives you and advantage over other people, like more damage or harder to see? Weapons, clothing or other?

That is not true. Neither any of the weapon finishes nor the outfits provide any damage buff in PUBG MOBILE. All of these are designed to be visually appealing and to allow players to customize their appearance, not to provide any in-game advantage.
