First steps with my resonance
Hi everyone. I am trying to tune my v-core 400 and also the accel. could you kindly guide me in a direction? These are the two input shaper graphs. From my understanding there is a huge gap between x and y because the peak of X is at around 62Hz and the one of Y at 42Hz. Is this a belt tension issue?
Trying to tune Vcore 400mm
I attached the ADXL345 accelerometer to Vcore 400mm and ran the macros in RatOS for belt tension and input shaping.
I gather working on belt tension should be done first, but my graph looks nothing like others, so what does it mean? Too tight, not tight enough?...
Is this okey?
Vcore 3.0 300x300x400 with openfront, eva 3,ballbearring idlers, 4028fan, ebb36(little bit tilted, need other standoff)
I´m thinking, x belt to tight,y to lose or am I incorrect?...

On my belt tensioning the second peak is completly missing,the belts are exactly the same tention for the first peak.x and y is is kinda weird since x is lower than it should be imo.I'll Appreciate any help
Input Shaper is on, but still getting ghosting
V-core 3.1 500. I have done SHAPER_CALIBRATE and input shaper is in the printer cfg, but still getting ghosting. I thought my graphs were looking good, but I guess not.
What can I do to prevent ghosting and ringing like I am getting on this temp tower?...

I started with trying to set a rough belt tension using spectroid based on the advised 85 to 110 Hz frequency for a vc300.

Hello all, someone can help me figure out if this two graphs are correct or if they show that some action is required? I saw all the video on youtube from the commissioning guide but honestly it wasn't that easy to undestand 😇
Bad resonances after a few upgrades
I installed FMMM. dampers, and 48V, and my resonances after are worse or equivalent to before. I heard a bit of noise coming from the casing of the toolhead endstop, so I disassembled as much as I could. I can still hear some noise on Y, but the only thing left is the ball-bearings in the carriages.
I replaced the cable to the ADXL with an ethernet cable. I removed all panels, insulation, clips, webcam. I have rechecked all fasteners on the gantry. I have straightened the gantry and evened out the belt tension. The printer is on a floor on a semirigid rubber mat. Removing some parts has reduced input shaper recommendations in some cases.
I'd really appreciate any suggestions on this one....

The tension is on 60hz on both belts, idlers running smoothly frame is as square as it gets!
The toolhead is The new ratrig toolhead, nothing is lose adxel have good measure sounds.. mystery or misary! Or both!🤣...

I have no idea what I'm looking at in these charts but I think ZV is what I want. Is this good or is there something else that needs to be tweaked? Also, does RatOS just know what to do with this info or is there somewhere I need to put the data? Thanks for any insights.

Recently fired up my V3 500 and installed ratos2.0 , trying to figure out whats the issue with my graphs.
Low x accel
Title,even though my belt tension is somewhat good,my x axis accel is very low in comparison to the y axis
Changed belts, y axis makes strange reading
yesturday i changed my ratrig original belts to gates. and after that i got some strange reading on my y graph. the tension is even, but is it to much tension maybe?
