I can't log into my account

D3D11

hello, i have an issue with being able to open Valorant. It says that a D3D11 - compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine. I don't know what to do. Does anyone know how to fix the issue?

Account Recovery

Hello I recently got my account stolen yesterday and I wanna get i back, I have opened tickets to try and get a response, but I'm worried its not gonna work. What happened is that I clicked on a link from a supposed TenZ stream and logged into my account and got my email changed and just an hour ago or so got my credentials changed aswell. Valorant support complain

Is there a way where I can complain about val support somewhere? The people that looked at my ticket were a little rude and did not even read it through. I keep getting generic replys and the tickets get closed instantly

Can't join queue for more than 10 sec, "Party members not ready:"

My valorant started doing this thing where if i'm in a party with friends and we join queue, at 10 sec into queue it cancels queue and the red "QUEUE" button shows an exclamation point and when you hover over it, it says "Party members not ready: (my name)". Rejoining new parties, going to range and back to lobby and restarting my games, refreshing my network through powershell SOMETIMES allows me to queue into game, but the next game its the same thing and its a ridiculous amount of work to join any game. It also happens when i'm solo queueing but less frequently. I know this was an universal issue for players in 2021 after a new episode reset so anything i search online just shows this was a server issue and offers no help for me having this issue now. If anyone has dealt with this and can help please let me know!...

Routing issue

Hi, sorry if this isn't the best place but I think I have routing issues with my ISP and I saw other people got it resolved on here. I live in Oregon and have Comcast. My ping to the server in my state is 30+ which is more about what I'd expect from a California server. Using Cloudflare Warp I've seen it go from 34 ping to 21 along with similar reductions for the N. Cali server and Texas which from what I've heard appears to confirm it's a routing problem. I know it's not unplayable by any means but I'd appreciate any help with this....

False HWID Ban

how do i appeal this sort of ban without riot ignoring me? heard alot about how riot couldnt care about ban appeals so im scared they will ignore me and move on. i dont wanan discuss the details here, im innocent and havent done anything that could warrant a ban let alone a hwid ban. anyways, do i just sit and wait like a good boy or is there something i can do to gain actual human attention. my account was stolen 3 times in the last week and everytime i recover it i put 3 layers of authentication and i wake up to it being stolen again like i don’t understand how someone can just recover my account over and over when i’ve had this account for going on 5 years and I AM THE CREATOR OF IT. i’d like to get help i spent 2k on this account and im gonna lose it!...

acc hacked

My riot account was recently hacked. They changed the email, password, and unlinked my playstation account from it. I submitted a ticket (to the best of my abitily) and I can no longer play on my playstation. This is because you can only link 1 riot account to 1 ps account. MAX. So if I don't get this account back, I can no longer play valorant on my console without creating a new playstation account. I have spent money on val as well. Is there anyone who could help?

3rd party software ban.

Hey just creating a post becuase I have tried contacting support had no avail. I recently came back to the game after a huge break and a new pc. Did my placements for 2-3 days came to play earlier this afternoon and was struck with a permanent ban. Is there anyway I could get more insight because I haven't cheated. Thank you for your time. Stuck on Menu or loading screen

I play on a setup with a laptop and a screen I use as a main screen I've been trying to open the game and in a normal situation its stuck on the loading screen but you can hear the menu options when you hover your mouse over where the options usually are. when I try repairing the game through Riot its almost the exact same thing but this time instead of the loading screen its stuck on the menu screen where it says play and the options under it but doesnt go further...

Would like to speak to admin or riot admin to help me with Stalker and harrassment situation

I have person who has been harassing, stream sniping, doxxing my name and address, botting and threatening me through valorant and twitch while stream the game for over a year, reported multiple times and nothing has been done. Please someone from RIOT or Valorant help me please and I need to get the police involved if it gets worse for safety

Keeps kicking out

My friend is having a problem when we load into a game any game mode it just kicks him out, he has deleted vanguard and re installed it and it did not work he has un installed Valorant and didn't work he has also factory reseted his pc and it didn't work, he logged onto his account on his dads pc and it ran perfectly fine didn't kick him or nothing, I am not sure if its his pc or a problem with vanguard or Valorant, someone help please, its ruining or games:(
