Was hardware banned for Lua script

i was queuing comp when all of a sudden i got banned for cheating. i was wondering why i opened tickets and it said it was for scripting/cheating i have never cheated in valorant so i was wondering and i remembered i have a logitech lua script that gives less recoil whenever you hold right click on your mouse. i completely forgot i toggled it by clicking caps lock and i don’t think it would affect my gameplay as i dont ADS shoot nor spray while holding right click. my battle tag is seto#yugi and...

Loading Screen Issue

Whenever I launch my valorant it seems to be stuck in this loading screen with the background music playing. This is unusual because my drivers (Both Intel and Nvidia) seem to be updated and I even went as far to check my settings to see if my system would need any updates, and it required none.

BSOD, dxgknrl.sys error

Soo everytime I open valorant for at least 10 mins it is crashing my whole pc with a blue screen of death then restart.. when i play other games it doesn't do that can someone please help me? this issue came this week and i dont know the reason it was suddenly.

Directx 11, Shader Model 5.0

This has come with the new update im guessing but I used to be able to play val at relatively high fps. Now everytime I launch it, is says 'D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0)'. Is there a way to fix this or am I not gonna be able to touch this game again? Pls help

facing FPS drops suddenly

I used to run VAL normally around 250-300 without a hitch or drop. However, after just recently i noticed a significant drop in FPS, from 250-300 ( 1 month ago ) to only 170-200 and even there are stutters that drop my fps to 130. voice chat not working

my mic is not working for voice chat, i can hear my teammates fine and i have everything turned on, my mic is working perfectly fine in discord and i have made sure to select the correct input and output devices in my voice chat settings
