help with this lag

i have perfectly stabled ping, good fps, no signs of any reason of lag, yet the past 2 days im so laggy till the point i was playing on ascent and im shooting someone mid, each time i pull out my vandal it pulls out my knife then i tped back to spawn somehow and when i pull out my flashes it auto switches back to my weapon AND doesnt even flash and js freezes

Freezing while tabbing out

When I tab out from Valorant, it makes my whole pc freeze, which results in me needing to restart whole pc. Can be both while in game and just on lobby. How can I fix this?

Hey support team, my valorant is stuck on 170 ping sydney and that is my closest region. I usually run 20ms on sydney servers but some random day it spiked. My fortnite and siege run on 20 ping and its not my pc that is the issue because i did a system reboot and reinstalled valorant after i deleted it. I have tried everyhting inside of valorant and i still cant fix the issue. It also hasn't just happened to me some of my friends and people i know are going through the same issue. Please help

Cpu usages high

My cpu usages for valorant was never this high before and it started like 3 days ago and i started noticing it right now. I have a decent pc specs so there's not reason for my valorant cpu usages to be 50-70%. Whenever i tab out of valorant and tab back in, my game started lagging where i can still hear my team mate moving and comming and i can still move but i'm lagging. still haven't find a fix for this yet, might just factory reset to see if it fixes the issue
