hi my val account has been locked and I don't know what to do
I got on valorant today to play and it says my account has been locked and I don't know why it would be its saying i have been banned for cheating and this isn't true since I have spent about $1000 on the game and the ticket system is not working but I got my stuff hacked and I think my valorant account got sold and someone brought it and has got me banned is there anything I can do to get this resolved

I am experiencing an issue where the screen freezes or goes black when I click the button to start the game, but the screen does not freeze or go black when I hover the cursor over the button.
