I installed it previously like 3-4 months back with Heroic only and this Game was working even though it is using Easy Anti-Cheat. But now, it is not working. It shows an error that [file not be found] in Legendary. Someone please help me.

Launcher freezes and is unresponsive after logging into a store account

This happens on my windows 11 pc, but doesn't seem to happen on my m1 macbook. Whenever I launch heroic, the app seems to be responsive at first, when nothing is signed in. However when I try signing into something (in my current case Amazon), the app is Not Responding, starting when I try to view my library. I'm not sure where to go from here, nor am I sure how to collect any logs if the app itself is not responding. Does the app often freeze when initially cataloguing a library? On my macbook it may have stuttered or froze for a second but became responsive very quickly and showed me my library fine there....

White Album 2 and various other visual novels don't work with Heroic but works with normal wine.

Hi, so i've been having an issue with Heroic with launching some games, particularly visual novels. To put it simply, they work when I run them normally with wine but not when through Heroic. steps i've tried includes trying different wine versions, including default non GE versions, use proton and steam runtime (which actually works for some games but not for others) and installing various components with winetricks to no avail, i also tried checking prefer system libraries, no luck. the default wine prefix is 100% clean (i haven't installed anything on it yet) and the prefix i use for the game on heroic is also clean. and yes i've tried using the default prefix for heroic to no avail. here's two video demonstration. and a log from a different game, sadly i can't replicate the wa2 one because i'm not on this pc at the time being, will post it later if the log is needed...

Rocket League on M1 Mac using GPTK launches, but instantly freezes upon actually starting a game

Menu works, controller works, and I actually had this playing! I changed some setting in the video settings and now it just freezes. UGH! Can someone help?

rocket league not launching on m1 mac

This is my first time using Heroic and I'm having trouble playing Rocket League. It won't launch at all. I've installed GPTK and I've tried with GPTK and crossover. I can't find the options for DVXT, d3dmetal, etc which I've seen mentioned in other posts. Just wondering if I'm missing something really obvious. Here's the log

vcrun2022 needs downloading each time

When playing Ghostrunner I get the C++ error which is resolved by downloading vcrun2022 via winetricks. For some reason this is only temporary and I have to do it each time I launch the game. Any ideas why this might be happening?

How do I find the save file that gog will be looking for?

Heroic hasn't automatically found a save file location for Ghostrunner. I think I'm right in saying that for syncs to work properly the file needs to be in the location that gog expects to find it, right? So how do I know which file to point heroic to? Thanks

BigTime.gg / Openloot Launcher?

Hi, does anybody know if it is possible to run Openloot launcher using Heroic Games Launcher? I searched "Openloot, open loot, bigtime, and big time (the game inside the launcher I am hoping to run)" and did not see anything, but the launcher said click on discord and I needed to check in anyway. Bigtime is a game on Epic but for some reason needs to run itself through the Openloot launcher...I do have it downloaded to the Heroic Launcher along with other Epic games, but I think the openloot launcher is standing in the way. Thanks!...

Issues with Wine-GE / Wine-GE-LOL

Hi, I just installed Heroic and decided to download Rocket League, ran it through Proton-GE but it doesn't work as well as i want to so I wanted to try using Wine-GE-Latest and/or Wine-GE-Proton8-27-LoL. The witcher 3 crash

It launcher fine, i can click "continue", but it crashes, while loading, right after the video(no errors, just window closes) Sometimes it freezes whole system, i can't even switch to a tty. and after reboot my drive(where the game is) won't mount ``` mount: /mnt/gg: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda2, missing codepage or helper program, or other error. dmesg(1) may have more information after failed mount system call....

Bioshock Remastered stopped launching

Worked for a few sessions but then bit the dust. It tries to launch but just hangs. I reinstalled the game, changed settings that others recommended, cleared the Heroic cache and restarted Heroic all together. Any guidance would be appreciated.
