Weird behaviour with chests, bells & create stuff
It seems that chests, bells & create stuff is being drawn on top of the LOD chunks, and i can't for the life of me find an answer to why or a solution to fix it, help would be greatly appreciated.

Game crashing before database can ever finish converting
I have not been able to play for longer than a couple minutes on a world of mine which has been trying to convert the database to the new system introduced in DH 2.1 but never completes due to the game crashing.
As you can see in the log, the furthest it has gotten so far is [19291/24988]

My logs say "DistantHorizons is installed, but API version is too low (3). Disabling integration."
Is this an issue, normal, or some other mods doing?...
is this a DH or shader bug ?
This post is about 2 different topics.
First, whenever I see someone take a screenshot of their world with the DH mod, it seems to me that they always have a good render of the FAR away chunks, but with me for some reason, the textures render but they are unicolored or miss details.
In the first image per example, idk if it is normal or not, but the spruce forest on the right side looks super weird.
Also in the second image, it is the same issue with the forest on the left side and the cherry trees, the spruce forest on right side and also the highest point of the snow of mountain.
In the third image, you can see it especially with the the small mountain behind the nether portal and the cherry trees, and then with the forest on the right and the cherry trees. ...

Is this a DH bug?
My actual pc mouse clicks when I click in Minecraft and It's very annoying, Im not sure if this is a dh problem, or another mod/minceraft bug as it happened after I added it. I've restarted several times and it wont go away
Biome colored blocks show up as gray, not affected by changing texture packs
As the title says, anything affected by biome colors like grass or water is gray on LODs (as well as my minimap), however, changing and/or removing any texture packs I have and reloading as suggested by the Q&A does nothing to fix the issue, which probably means it's one of my mods. Hi, finally got back around to this and after binary searching through my mods, it was Destroy (https://modrinth.com/mod/destroy) causing the issue. I assume it's something to do with their pollution system? Anyways just leaving this here in case anyone else has this specific issue

DH not working on 1.20.1 Forge w/ Optifine?
I have a couple mods installed like alex's caves but even when I disabled the ambient light in the config the world still doesn't render far.

Distant Horizons incompatibility with Iris
I’ve read the FAQ and GitHub page, but I can only find shader compatibility information for 1.20.X and 1.21.X.
Is Distant Horizons outright incompatible with Iris in 1.19.2?

Client-Server connection not working on 1.21.1 Nightly Build
The 1.21.1 Nightly build that is provided in #links-n-downloads is not working for the client-server connection functionality.
This is a completely clean install of the Minecraft client and server, with only Distant Horizons installed (and the Fabric API just in case it needed it). No configurations or LOD data were imported into the installs; they are default settings only. The files tested are "DistantHorizons-2.3.0-b-dev-1.21.1-fabric-neoforge.jar" and "DistantHorizons-fabric-2.3.0-b-dev-1.21.1.jar".
The Fabric-Neoforge file works on both client and server, but the connection between them doesn't work. Checking F3 shows either "Server does not support DH" or "Server supports shared level keys", but both report it being a CLIENT_ONLY world. Whether F3 reports the first message or the second is seemingly random each time you enter the server. You can see both in the screenshots provided. DH is active and working on both the client and server; I see the LODs generating in-game, and both the client and server have DistantHorizons.sqlite files generated, but they are seemingly not connected to each other....
Random lag spikes when doing nothing
it just lags every 1-2 seconds, cpu setting is on minimal world gen is off cloud render is on

allocate more ram

any help with rendering this as LOD?
I tried all recommended in the FAQ channels to no avail, see attached

Border fog problem with shaders
Hello, I have a problem with normal chunks and dh chunks, when I put shaders on, it looks something like this, it's just that the fog there causes problems and the borders with normal chunks and Distant horizon chunks

200 render distance soft-limit?
Everything goes well up to 200,but more then 200 start to do weird thing ( some lod dont load,some kind os ghosting appear in some chunk,generation slow down way more) but my computer is still good (cpu max 60-80%,ram nearly not used 2-4gb out of 32 (14 allocated to mc) and gpu 40 to 80%) so i dont understand why it does that bove 200 (playing with shader too) also the chunk not loading are kinda random and are alone at random spot,mostly happen if generating at the same time then playing,but vi...
LODs not loading in friend's server
Hello apologies, this is my first time here! We recently decided to play minecraft on a friend's server when I discovered this mod. But for some reason, it wasn't working on my end. I tried it on singleplayer and it would work (note: singleplayer server AND friend's server were already made before I added in DH). Both servers were made in the same seed.

Visual glitch with sky islands (Singleplayer)
I am using the Big Globe mod, it's for a different terrain generation. DH is freaking out with these floating islands for some reason and I couldn't fix it myself. The author of the Big Globe mod actually recommended DH, I don't think this is a compatibility issue.
