Cloudflare Tunnel w/ Service Token Unresponsive On Web Browser

I've been running immich for a long time now, love it. I have been having been experiencing some weird behavior with cloudflare zero trust though. Wanted to see if anyone else has seen this before I dig in too far myself... Setup: Docker compose runs both Immich and Cloudflare tunnel, the tunnel is setup with two policies, one regular allow via either GitHub SSO or Email Auth, the other is a bypass policy setup for the mobile app using a service token. (Not shure what guide I followed to setup the service token awhile back). ...

iOS backup is extremely slow on v1.142.1

Hi everyone, I just set up Immich v1.142.1 on my server and I'm trying to back up my photos from my iPhone 16 Pro (iOS 18.7). When I start the backup it'll upload 10-20 assets and then it comes to a complete halt unless I close the app and open it again. I'm keeping the app in the foreground with the screen on. I'm not sure why that's happening because I was able to sync all my photos to my Seafile instance on the same server through their iOS app and it was much faster (5200 photos backed up in 1 hour). I have set the max request body size in Traefik to 2 GiB but that doesn't help. Would appreciate any help!...

Migrating from TrueNAS Scale 24.10 to 25.04.2.4 - Directory in a mess

Hi, I recently upgraded to TrueNAS 25.04 so I will be having to migrate my data to the new database and reinstall Immich. Think is, and I warn you. During initial installation (which was on TrueNas 22 I believe) I placed everything in the same directory 🙃 (It was functional so I never bothered looking at it). I know what steps I have to take to do the migration, but I can't seem to decipher the original folder structure. My help question then is, does anyone know which files belong where? iOS Backup regression - basic functionality

Previously when a synced album was not fully synced, you could initiate a sync of the missing assets. Now with the “backup enabled” option toggled, nothing is backed up even though missing assets are detected. When I try to manually queue the missing assets for upload selecting more than 2/3 at a time the interface will not respond to the action and not queue the assets. This results in a very tedious backup process....

Images not showing up in WebApp but marked as uploaded in mobile app

Hello, I recently migrated Immich between two servers. I think ever since I did that, any picture I take with my phone does not show up on the webui. Both the mobile app and the webapp can load older images just fine, and both can upload images just fine as well. I tried: - Restarting the server - Touch creating and echoing into a file from inside the docker container (works, the container can write into the storage location) - Clearing all site data...

Hello, how do I backup everything on my iPhone. In the backup option I can only see Albums but that doesn't include all the photos on my phone. I am running iOS 26 and I have the latest version of the app from the app store....

Face recognition changes not syncing to android

I set up immich on Friday, super impressed with the face recognition, but of course I did have to manually change a few things. Before I knew how to properly reassign a face, I deleted the old face on the web UI, then added a new face manually (with the + button in the image details). I did this for a few photos. In the web UI, all is now well, those images show up under the right person. But on the android app the photos still show up under the initially assigned face/name. There's no way to change this, as the wrong name doesn't show up in the web UI, all is right over there, and AFAICT it's not possible to edit assigned people in the android app. I tried deleting the manually assigned face and readding it, but now the android app shows the right name twice, in addition the the wrong name. I ran face recognition job again, and reinstalled the android ap, but the problem persists. Not sure what else to try, short of resetting the face recognition, which I'd rather not do....

Many problems on rpi5

1st it keeps crshimg when i enable the ai and machine learning 2 mobile app keeps crashing on s23u after background sync is enabled 3 syncing is very wierd, i cant sync everything cuz it stops queuing somewhere at 5000 also i left it syncing then left somewhere and came back to rpi powered off but then when i turned it on it said there are like 5k files synced but now wjen i try to sync it again it says 0 files are synced and it goes from zero again...

redis to valkey change: 'requirepass' not respected

The current docs section on secrets has a note linking to a redis issue comment for how to set up docker secrets to provide a password: https://immich.app/docs/install/environment-variables/ However, the current compose files specify valkey instead of redis. Valkey does not seem to accept this same solution. Additionally, the healthcheck ping command may not work without providing the same password. Same 777 Images Fail to Upload from iPhone

Possible to automate Storage Template Migration Job

Based on this ticket, I have to constantly manually run the Storage Template Migration Job to get files to get loaded into albums correctly. Is there a way to automate this? Can I run a script that runs the job at a scheduled time? Can I run a script that will run it after an asset is uploaded? This seems like a pretty big oversight to storage templates if this job has to be run manually every time an asset is uploaded....
