MWell the native folder exists and still didnt load, and it loaded as an X11 app not as an Wayland app

Afor me, i just tested it and running a brand new window on arch wayland with .net 7 worked absolutely fine, no glfw packages installed either

Awhich distro are you using, seems like arch but is it base arch? because some screw around with these shared files meaning it doesn't always load

Ayeah i believe that is one of the ones that screws around with these native libs a bit and doesn't like them very much
Aas perksey said that is just what you get with linux, and is also why if you want to support every distro in existence then best of luck (and also why half of games with linux support say they support ubuntu and mention absolutely nothing else)

PWhen you have a class object within another class or struct, it essentially stores a pointer
Pwhen the GC can’t find that pointer in any other objects or stacks, the GC will delete the object
Pgenerally you shouldn’t have an object within a struct (as it balloons the struct)

DHey guys! New to Silk.NET, wanting to create a transparent window in OpenGL mode. I think the key may be in GLFW but I have no idea how to set my window transparent. I've tried to set 'options.TransparentFramebuffer = true;' but that didn't help. Is there a way to set the window transparent so I can draw a square that 'floats' on top of the desktop? e.g. for notifications and toasts etc ?

Color.Transparent? that doesn't work (in my experience Color.Transparent is anything but transparent), you'll have to manually set the alpha value to 0otherwise as long as you enable transparent framebuffer it should work fine.
DHi @grifon.petre - in my OnWindowLoad() I am doing Gl.ClearColor(1.0f, 1.0f, 1.0f, 0.5f); and then in OnWindowRender I am doing Gl.Clear(ClearBufferMask.ColorBufferBit);
RIn Arrays of Objects the objects are not guaranteed to be stored Contiguously. In Arrays of Structs the structs are, meaning it's more likely the CPU has the data already sitting in cache therefore doesn't need to go and fetch it for memory
