RIt would need to angle rearward. Looks like the virpil one angles forward. I think I'm going to print a custom short one that angles rearward. See how that goes.

MHey does anyone find it weird when you take off force trim in the helis add it moves so freely? I feel like there should be some resistance but I really don't know

HYou can also "anneal" it in an oven. Makes the layer to layer strength higher at the expense of some shrinkage
Hif you can accept really long print times, you can also set your layer height to its absolute minimum. Does a similar thing

I wonder how well it works for this purpose..
I'm trying to make room for a helicopter collective, and that's a difficult thing to do with a HOTAS throttle in the way.

KAh, yes that was the one I was thinking about when asking the initial question.. I am thinking of using the control VPC panel #3 as a throttle for fighter jets when I'm not flying helicopters, and was wondering how well it works for the jets.. Also, come to mind is that perhaps the VPC panel #3 might be too low when collective is in a resting position 
K..meaning it would probably only be comfortable to use (within reach) when flying helicopters only.. Hmm
SOh I figured it was either that or bot error. Just didn't think anyone would be canceling that early into the queue, but I suppose life happens!

KAre they two seperate controllers in the joystick control-panel? Right now I don't have a grip, only the base
BI don't think that's correct. For just the base/grip, use the black connector. I think the red one is if you plug something into the Aux jack of the base (e.g. switch panel). I've never used the red connector as my Shark panel is connected directly via USB.
Fthe aux jack is for slaving panels I believe

AYup, there’s no external cable for the grip
T@keem85 Red connector is for plugging into a second USB port for additional power if needed...it is not for data.

SAh, ok I was starting to wonder, as I got the invoice and tracking number a couple days ago but the #36 hadn't been announced by the bot yet, I guess a couple people must have backed out. Too bad for them, and great for me! I'm really looking forward to having a FFB joystick again after so many years!
RWhat settings did you use for printing PETG? I'm about to reprint the gimbal as mine finally failed (PLA+).
