Why is that an issue, @drbawi-cp? You do not need to submit a request if your account is not compromised or stolen.

An unauthorized user cannot recover an account that does not belong to him in the first place, @drbawi-cp. An unauthorized user will not have access to correct information that is required while submitting the request for account recovery.

However, if you still need to further assistance with this, please reach out to the customer through inside the game.

So in date 06.07.2023 i recovered my account in this date, and also in date 10.07.2023 i recovered my account again, and also in date 13.07.2023 once again i restore back my account, in 7 days i restore my account 3 times!!!, I will send you screenshot please check it

Check out videos, in date 16.07.2023 when i want to request to restore account, it show me to try after 3 month, today in date 20.07.2023, when i want to request to restore my account,I can do it, and msg of 3 month removed
