Premium crate is not available at the moment. There is custom crate available now and premium crate will be available again in the future. If you are not able to use your supply crate coupons, please make a video recording of it and share it here.

It turns out that the 4 supply crate coupons collected from the air drop event are bugged. The coupons will show up separately and won't add up to another supply crate coupons. I also tried a routine repair and everything but that doesn't help either. :catok:

This is clearly a scammer. Please refrain from communicating with them any further. Keep in mind that you can communicate with the customer service only through inside the game and the email for the customer service is service@pubgmobile.com. Please block the user or they will try to scam you or steal your account. No one else can help you with your account other than the in-game customer service.

Purchasing UC through unofficial sources is prohibited and any purchased amount of UNKNOW CASH will be deducted if bought from unofficial source.

The only official sources are https://www.midasbuy.com/midasbuy/buy/pubgm and in-game store.
