currently easiest solution is to just generate LODs in 1.21.4 and then go back to 1.21.5

i discovered the issue, 1.21.5 completely broke worldpainter LOD generation, but 1.21.4 still works lol

im considering downgrading to 1.21.4, running the generator, then going back to 1.21.5 and hoping the LOD file is compatible but im not sure if this will work
