Warpping Discord around a VPN

Discord got banned where I live. I'm trying to find a way to route Discord to a specific proxy, or in other words warpring it around a VPN. I do not want to run a VPN system wide as this will significantly decrease internet speed, and also could affect connectivity in many games. Anyone has an effective way to do this? I'm running Bazzite on my system, and I use Vesktop as the Discord client, which is a flatpak. Any help is appreciated.

Rpm-ostree TLS Handshake timeout error

So basically I'm trying to rebase to bazzite DX to get docker, but I get this TLS handshake error. Also I'm not that much of a Linux nerd. Please help also I need docker for winboat.

I wanted to delete the Bazzite profile and created another account with administrator and I set the Bazzite account as standard to be able to delete it but when I saw that it couldn't be done I deleted that profile and kept the Bazzite one in standard mode and now it asks me for a password that I don't know what it is because it's not the one I set.

RX 5600 XT Rebar

I use a modified UEFI, with the DXE driver designed to enable rebar on unsupported cards or, in my case, fix a card with bugged Rebar addressing. The UEFI has worked in windows all this time, and with or without the mod, linux would always resize the bar to 8 GB. From what I understand linux has always worked around this bug, and this bug is specific to the 5600 XT. Right now, the bar size is set to 1 GB in Bazzite but it should be 8, I'm unsure of how to fix this.

ROG Flow x13 Tablet Mode?

I installed Bazzite KDE version on my ROG Flow x13, and I can't seem to get it to detect tablet/tent mode and disable the keyboard. Has anyone found a way to get this working? Every search has lead me in circles....

Window Tiling Resizing Configuration

Is there a configuration which I can set that will stop the window tiling feature from resizing if I make an adjustment? If I setup a split set to 50/50 vertical, shift drag a window in place, and then resize that window, the tiling configuration also changes. Ideally I would like to freely resize windows as needed while maintaining the tiling configuration....

Bazzite taking forever to read Audio Cds

Hey so I'm just trying to do the simplest task ever for a computer (read an audio cd) but it's taking forever with my laptop using a USB cd drive which would almost instantaneously load on my windows pc, is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi ☺️ With the popularity of Android handhelds by the likes of AYN and AYANEO growing year on year, and some of these companies already allowing Linux compatibility for Rocknix [the Odin and upcoming Thor ranges by AYN allow this for example], is there a time where we can see Bazzite going down this route and offering an option for Android based handheld devices? I'm sure this would be very popular if ever explored! Thanks!...

warudo keeps crashing

Warudo Vtubing app keeps crashing, tried multiple protons and also OTB and it consistnely keeps crashing. notably it opens open, loading bar reachs either half way or done and then crashes instantly. game on steam goes from launched to launch instantly too. I cannot seem to find the issue....

asusctl & supergfxd

I have an Asus ROG G14 with the RTX 3060 and Ryzen 9 5900H. I was under the impression that asusctl and supergfxd were pre-installed with Bazzite? After being told that the Asus images were marked as deprecated, I decided to install the standard beta iso labeled bazzite-gnome-nvidia-open-stable-live.iso. Now the question is, should I have installed the Asus image? Or should I install asusctl and supergfxd manually? What is the best way of installing those utilities if so? I was able to install supergfxd with ujust enable-supergfxctl which seems to have worked, but for asusctl it looks like I'll have to do rpm-ostree install asusctl, would this be correct?...

Steam not launching

Hello everyone! I’m new to Bazzite and Linux as a whole, and I just recently installed Bazzite. The problem is that Steam doesn’t seem to boot up, and I’m pretty miffed as to why. I’ve tried the ujust fix-reset-steam command, but that doesn’t work. I even reinstalled Bazzite and that’s not doing anything either. Is there something I missed? Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🫶
