Dear PUBG Mobile Customer Service Team And Their Stuff, it's my pleasure to reach you I'm facing problem with my account I'm unable to login with my account include Facebook, Google, & Mail Since 22/06/2025.
Someone hack my account and remove all of my links (Facebook, Google,& Mail) when i try to login with Facebook it's start over with new account same with the Google i also try to login with my mail a dialog message appear that (This account doesn't exist please login with another account).
I try to recover my account with Account Recovery Tool but it also successful claim was reported now it's 3 month cool down period there.
Please help me out to recover my account & give me opportunity to recover my account and i appeal for this.

If your account is on Safe Mode, please tap the "Go Remove" button and follow the instructions on the screen to remove it. If you are unable to do so, your only option is to wait until the specified date.

I tried requesting help thru service@pubgmobile.com but I continue to get automated responses after a week of trying I have every type of proof or answers since it’s my account I gave them everything and still cant get to connect with a real agent it’s all automated response with not help can anyone assist me or that’s been in the same situation any recommendations?

My account was hacked because I wrote the wrong phone number and I linked the account to Facebook and Gmail, but in order to register the code, it was sent to the wrong phone number. I called the owner of the number and he kept blackmailing me and he doesn’t want to give me back my password.
