Hello Guys , I was trying to log into my pubg account because I haven't played for 2 years and I wanted to get back into the game but I got a message saying your account has been banned and I didn't know the reason until my brother told me that on his jailbroken phone he used gfx tool in the hope that it would have better performance. That was the reason he told me. If anyone could help me I would be happy But if i look my account from another account. Ban in Avatar and Moments doesnt show

my facebook account has been disabled and i cant reach it anymore, and my pubg account is only connected with facebook account, how can i varify that the account belong to me and change the facebook connectivity with pubg account and replace it with my new fb account, i already contacted the support through the phone ive been playing pubg with and they answered me that they cant varify that is my account, although it is the only device i have. if ther an arabic moderator would be grateful.?

False Ban on Account – UC Purchase Issue
I am writing to request a review of a false ban placed on my account. I have not used any unauthorized or third-party bank accounts for UC recharges. All UC purchases were made using my own personal bank accounts.

Hello! There is a daily limit of Honor Points you can obtain daily from collecting medals. Your friend can either eliminate enemies to obtain more Honor Points or wait for the next day.
