Has anyone else had their account stolen and faced the same problem? My account was stolen over a month ago, and despite contacting support multiple times, I keep receiving the same copy-paste automated replies. When will the iQOOpad 5 Pro be compatible with PUBG Mobile at 120 frames?

The iQOO Pad 5 Pro was released on May 20th, 2025. It features a 3.1K resolution screen and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with the Dimensity 9400 Plus chip, offering extremely powerful performance. However, PUBG Mobile has not yet been adapted for 1080P resolution and 120FPS frame rate. I sincerely hope that the game's official team can adapt it for the iQOO Pad 5 Pro as soon as possible.

First of all, since you can access your account back you should try and see if you can enable 2 Factor Authentication for your mobile number. If you manage to enable it, log out of your account once and select "log out of all devices". Once you do that the unauthorised person will not be able to access your account.
