Supports and gaps around holes
Are there any tricks in slicers which can help eliminating those gaps around hole on supported area?

Heated Bed to edges?
Anyone else run into ASA prints warping because the bed doesn't hold temp edge to edge? Using all of my bed on the 300, couldn't figure out why it keeps warping. Laser thermo says ~25c drop in temp at the edges of the bed where my warps keep happening. Does someone make a bed heater for the 300 that goes edge to edge? Or am I asking too much of this printer?
under extrusion.
getting some under extrusion. this is the klipper PA tower. the under extrusion starts after a corner up to a point, (this point is the actual prefered PA 0.045) . then it starts underextruding after the corners. it seems to be okay at 0.045 but i dont think it should be under extruding before hand....

First layer clogging
I have been suffering from my nozzle being clogged (printing PLA) for weeks and tried everything I can think of. I have the z-offset correct, but partway through the first layer the extruder starts clicking and I can see it's clogged.
Before I went back to recalibrating everything it would get a few layers up and then clog.
I've remeasured the bed mesh, recalibrated flow, reduced retraction down to 0.5 and speeds to 30mm/s. First layer print speed is now slower than my Prusa Mini. Tried tight extruder idler tension, loose idler tension. Increased temp to 220, but still click click click. 😢...

Fine Tuning PETG, Reduce Seam Blobs and Nozzle Build-up
I have little dots around the print that I believe are where the seams are. I think Cura has a setting called coasting but I use SuperSlicer. Not sure if that's what would fix it but I'm open to other suggestions.
I also get a lit of build-up on my nozzle, especially on the first couple layers.
Print settings: Overture PETG, 0.96 extrusion multiplier, 247C nozzle, 80C bed, 55mm/s (44mm/s perimeters)...

Single wall issue
Double wall to single creates artifacts. I have this STL in which part of it for some reason goes from two to a single wall. I'm assuming it's the STL not slicer sesettings because walls has no effect on this. However when the single wall prints I get these lines. Doesn't happen anywhere else

Weird patern on the corners
What could the problem be ? I'm using a V-Minion with an orbiter and an rapido uhf plus. I print at 200-300speed and 10-14k accel.

Files I've designed can't print.
Files that I've designed in Solidworks/Onshape/Fusion 360 sometimes refuse to print at all, printer starts at some random percentage and pauses as soon as the file is loaded, and stopping the print does nothing. I then have to restart the printer to load a new file.
The majority of files I make won't work. Generated files in SCAD also suffer the same issue.
Looking through the G-code and I can't find a pause command or anything that shifted the start command to the percentage it displays.
I attached the latest print I've sliced, and for me this pauses at 7% as soon as it's loaded....
Alu hextrudort, Dragon HF, CHC 0.6mm, getting odd extrusion pattern
Should be visible in the pictures. The lines are not smooth lines, but look like it's repeatedly pausing briefly during extrusion. It makes no unusual sounds or anything. Any ideas? That's the top layer pictured.

Default PrusaSlicer RatRig Settings - Voron Cube - Quality Issues
After using SuperSlicer for a year I wanted to give PrusaSlicer a try. I installed PrusaSlicer, set the default Print, Filament, and Printer Settings. The only changes I made were to the custom gcode based on RatRig's docs (https://os.ratrig.com/docs/slicers/#prusaslicer). Based on my previous experience, this seems like a part cooling issue? Looking at fan speed, it's 30% for overhangs, and 0% for everything else. If that is the case, could someone help me to understand how to modify the Filament Coolings settings to get a better result? Also, maybe it's not part cooling? I'm certainly open to suggestions and I can reprint this cube however many times that is needed.
Edit: I also forgot to mention that I'm running the 4028 fan. It seems that the spin-up time of this fan is kind of slow? Maybe I have something configured incorrectly. In SuperSlicer I had Cooling fan Kickstart duration set to 4 seconds. I found fan -> kick_start_time in Klipper, so I set that to 4 (seconds) and set SuperSlicer back to 0; it also seems that PrusaSlicer does not have this setting and because I'll be switching between slicers, I figured solving it in Klipper would be good. Here's my overrides for fan:

retraction issues or
This is my latest print. Is this end caused by bad retraction settings in prusaslicer? As you see the other side is perfect. And the other supports in the middle are good. So guessing this is retraction issues or related.

Draft Shield Failed, How to Resume Print
All of my parts are fine but the draft shield popped off the bed, is there a way to resume the print without the draft shield or is the whole thing a loss?

Horizontal cracks at one side of the print
Hey guys,
For the first time, I am encountering issues with a printed object from my vcore 300.

Hole at Z seam
Hello, i ran into a weird issue with Z seam. Print i'm trying to make ends up with giant hole right where Z seam should be. Retraction is disabled, i tried to compensate with extrusion rate but it doesnt seem to help. Especially weird is one by the hole, as my printer seems to entirely ignore this spot. Does anyone have idea on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Sudden first layer issues
Hi there, since a few weeks (i'm not printing on a regular basis right now) I get weird artifacts/salmon skin and/or irregular extrusion on my first layers. Today I tried to print a larger part, but stopped it during the brim. I'm not sure if those issues are extrusion related, or if it could be a mechanical issue - i suspect something in between because for me it looks like the extrusion - especially in X - is squiggly/wavey. On the other hand i've also seen similar patterns that where caused by a faulty extruder.
I'm using an Orbiter 1.5 and a Dragon SF on a V-Core 3.1 300. Today was the worst i've had yet, before the print i leveled the bed and recalibrated the z-offset at room temperature (tried a new bed plate). Before I proceed and take half of the printer apart, I thought why not ask if someone experienced something similar and could guide me in the right direction....

Printed Parts
Trying to print the tensioning system for the EVA 3.0.2 for my ratrig 3.1 that I am putting together. The tension blocks don't fit into the printed parts and I am printing with Overture PETG with a ender 3 v2 with sprite pro. I've printed the part about three times now and the tops and bottoms are to narrow and when putting the tension block in it bows the part out. I need help
