vcore 3.1 z-tilt issue

Just setup vcore 3.1 using guide. Following the guide I setup my X,Y and all the steppers. The XY was inverted in the original guide and change them around and put ! On both directions pin now they home ok. But, Z tilt is a mess. The printer cant adjust z tilt and the probe points seems very wired too help please

yes, that is the homing sequence. Home X towards 0, and Y towards max

Y axis jamming when moving rapidly

I am facing an issue shown in the video. I have cleaned the linear rails thoroughly, lubricated it with white lithium grease and am still facing the issue. I think I notice, my right linear carriage has missing ball bearings, 1 on each side. Will that cause any issue? I did not lose any bearings while cleaning I initially thought the belts were binding somewhere but if so why can the tool head still move left and right ?...

Super Power motors on 5160 Pro's 48V

So switched out the Speedy Powers for Super Powers on 48v and now my Printer does this. Obviously The config file for the 2504AC is not compatible with the 2804AH motors. Any pointers would be appreciated...

Rapido V2 with 104NT smoking and Generally overheating, EBB36

Ive been having this issue right off the bat with two Rap V2s. V1 in the same spot worked ok. I replaced the thermistor and wrapped the wires in kapton to no avail.

Dua 5015's always running - but not in the interface

Hello, I have a new Vcore 3.1 build and did dual 5015's on an Octopus 1.1. I edited my printer.cfg and they both turn on when the extruder turns on but that is the extent of the control I have over them. The GUI shows 0% fan speed but they are on 100% in real life:) ...

Solution:

Edit, I accidentally used the "controller fan" pin for the second fan. Moved it to another port and all works as expected.

Extruder reset error only after 3+ hours of printing

I re-crimped all the toolboard connectors then I replaced the toolboard. No difference. Where do I start with debugging this issue?...

Solution:

Damn loose connections are so hard to track down. It ended up being the power wires to the toolboard.

Temp reading is wrong?

So my 3.1 printer committed suicide the other day and I came hone to the glob of Death. My extruder could not be saved so I decided to take the opportunity to upgrade to the BETA2 tool head. Now that I'm finished putting it together, I finally fired up the printer and Klipper and my extruder temp is reading 158° despite having not even tried to heat up my hot end. Before noticing this, I tried to heat it up and got a shutdown due to "extruder not heating at expected rate." But my hot end is cold...

Filament break between hotend and extruder when unloading filament

Hey all, I am running a rapido 2 UHF with an orbiter 2 and I consistently run into an issue when I unload filament there is always some filament that breaks off or otherwise remains in the bowden tube between the extruder and hotend. This happens almost every time I need to change filament and requires I detach the extruder to clear the block before feeding the new filament. Has anyone else ran into this issue with this hotend/extruder combo and found a solution? I should also mention I am running eva 3 with no modifications in this area. P.S. I run the filament unload command in ratos to retract the filament....

gantry X-axis

I just replaced the bearings on my 500 3.0 with the 3.1 upgrade kit parts. When I am moving the gantry to the front, the right side hits the front frame. But the left side still has about 2mm of travel before it reaches the front. Adjusting belt tension doesn't seem to be enough to make a difference. What do I need to do to correct this?...

First Layer Problem With Adaptive_Mesh

Hello. When I use adaptive mesh, I have problems with the first layer. But don't use it, I don't have any problems when I use normal bed_mesh. Something caught my attention, I think maybe this is the reason. As you can see in the screenshot, no matter which part I print, "PROBE_FOR_PRIMING: Probing the prime location at X: 493.0 Y: 33.0" always takes measurements from this point before meshing. Why does it always measure from X: 493.0 Y: 33.0?

Klicky Probe not attaching after first print.

I have a cleanly installed RatRig Vcore3.1 500 with Enclosure v2. When testing the probe with the attach and detach macros, everything works fine. When i start a print it also works flawlessly, but when i try to print anything later on without restarting klipper, the print head gows half speed and tries to pickup the probe as if it was a 400x400 area. After restarting Klipper, everything is fine again until i want to print afterwards....

fans staying constantly on

hey guys, just finished some wiring on my new 3.1, and i for some reason both the hotend cooling fan and the 4028 fan seem to stay on all the time, jumpers are set and everything plugged in including the tach pin for the 4028, its a octopus, does anyon have any ideas?

Underextrusion/gear slipping issue with lgx lite

My printer has been working fine for about 150 hours of work but in the last days it has been performing really badly, the extruder gears are constantly slipping, causing an underextrusion issue every few seconds. This is happening with a new nozzle. What do I do to fix this?
