Internal error on command:"Z_TILT_ADJUST_ORIG"
The last week i am using the beacon probe and works perfect, today i just start a print and the printer works like crazy, the probing start from wrong points and almost crash the printhead several times. Then start the Internal error on command:"START_PRINT" without changing something , after that i try to homing without printing in progress and works BUT when i start the Z-Tilt measure the first two point and when the printhead moves to the 3 and last point it measures and then hit the errors "Internal error on command:"Z_TILT_ADJUST_ORIG" , "Internal error on command:"Z_TILT_ADJUST", "Internal error on command:"_START_PRINT_AFTER_HEATING_BED" & Internal error on command:"START_PRINT".
Can you help me ?...
wifi module
Hi, I have a ratrig vcore 3.1 side after an update it can't connect to the WiFi and froze, what can I do?

Klippain install broke RatOS
I just tried to upgrade to the latest version of klippain shaketune (4.0.0). After updating through the manager, it required to run the following command as well:
cd ~/klippain_shaketune && ./install.sh
That did some stuff and then failed, throwing the error:

How do I reverse my controller fan
I need to reverse my controller fan, when my printer is idling, its on 100%, as soon as it starts moving it turns off. I need to fix this.
I got as far as to writing:
but there was an error saying: ...
pin: !fan_controller_board_pin
pin: !fan_controller_board_pin
[Resolved] Z offset is damaging my printer.
My z-offset is so off that it already scratched the grit off my satin sheet, but the bed presses so hard into my nozzle, the z joints can LIFT off.
Also my z goes in the wrong direction when using the movement macros, regardless of me switching dir or not. Very weird problems here. I have attached images, videos, printer cfgs, and am very responsive. This is nuclear lol....
(RESOLVED) Beacon firmware not updating
I hit update all and started getting firmware out of date errors. Searching posts lead me to try and update using SSH with no luck. Tried the configurator and only found the control board and toolboard. I have not followed the beacon site instructions as I read that ratOS should already be setup. Enclosed is everything I can think of to include.
[Resolved] Bed heater stopped heating
While warming up the heat bed to start tuning settings for printing ABS, my keenovo bed heater stopped heating. Based on the logs, bed temp got up to 94c of the target 108c before it stopped heating and started dropping off.
I've had no issues running the bed at 80c and I didn't hear / see / smell anything of note.
Thermistor appears to be fine - it's reporting room temp now that everything has cooled down and temps respond when I put my finger on the thermistor pad on the heater....
Decreasing Z Offset Measured by the BLTouch in a Sequence
I am checking the BLTouch z-offset, one thing I found that the z-offset kept decreasing when did it repeatedly as I shifted the bed down first then check z-offset ('G30 S-1' in RRF), the decrement amount is around 0.181mm per 500mm Z movement. This was observed stably, as 50mm has decrement 0.02mm, etc.
So I think the BLTouch is fine here, but there are some other issues?...
The hell is this clicking?
30 day old bearings (3->3.1 upgrade). Frame is squared to 0.1mm total variance on bed levelling. My theory is that either the belt has some variance that causes it to push up then click off the pulley, or the frame is somehow not square and the belt is not travelling through the motor cage in a linear fashion. Or something. I've spent way too long trying to iron this out.
Solution:
Update: rebuilt the bearing stack twice. Once with old, once with new bearings. No improvement. So took the whole damn corner apart, realigned everything, and still happened. The only thing I had not done was replace the stepper, so I got a replacement 2504ac, and that resolved it. Maybe the shaft had a little bit of play and it would allow for the belt to go at an angle through the stacks?
T0 is not valid for macro
Hy everyone! I have this issue with my vcore 300.
The value 'T0' is not valid for MACRO
I have no idea how I can solve this alone. If you have some ideas, I really appreciate for🍻...

Orbiter v2.0 not extruding
Well as the title says, I just received my Orbiter 2.0 today and it's not extruding.
Just by running the printer it has a quiet but still hearable high pitch noise. Is this normal?
Wenn I heat up the hotend, and extruder X mm of filament, I can hear a change in sound, but the filament doesn't get pulled into the extruder.
...
Solution:
Nevermind, I'm probably one of the dumbest people on earth. The dir pin was inverted - therefore extrude was retract and retract was extrude
Intermitent klipper shutdown - Unable to read tmc uart + Max31865 Overvoltage or undervoltage fault
Hello,
I im facing some random shutdown from klipper on my vcore 3 / btt octopus / PT1000 thermistor w/ Max31865.
Now I have 1/3 of print failing into unexpected shudown, very annoying !!
I have some intermitent error message from "Max31865 Overvoltage or undervoltage fault", not always causing shutdown while printing. once or twince per print....
Consistently spaced, Uninstructed Y-axis movements
Hello, I've got an odd one that hopefully someone can help me resolve. My printer has been working great for months, no issues. Last night, I started getting the behavior seen in the 3 videos. 1 video shows the printer during a print, and the other 2 show it just at idle after I cancelled a print, steppers still enabled, moving the Y motor without me instructing it to.
Not sure if this is relevant, but I just moved to Beacon contact, and after it does a nozzle probe during print (G28 Z METHOD=CONTACT CALIBRATE=1), this issue starts. I will try induction homing to see if there is any difference. I would expect to see the same behavior after I enable the steppers at all, but I do not. I can home and the erratic movements don't occur.
Printer info: Ratrig v-core 3.1 300mm...
Solution:
After swapping all x/y motors to different MCU ports, rather than just the ones acting erratic, the issue has disappeared and the problem seems to be located --> the board itself
After update: Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_x' register DRV_STATUS
Hi, i just updated RatOS and all components as well as firmware on my SKR 2 429, however got this error now: Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_x' register DRV_STATUS
Any ideas?...
4028 stopped working
I've had a 4028 installed and running for over a year now, yesterday mid print it just stopped, so I changed it out for a new 4028 thinking it died from extended use.
After installing the new 4028 fan, it still won't power up.
I have tried changing the 12v from fan 7 to fan 6 on my Octopus Pro 446 thinking maybe the fan port died. no effect....
Solution:
ok, I checked the voltages at the fan end and there was no continuity from the GND pin in PB11 to the fan.
I went to re-solder the connection and found that the wire was broken 1/2" inside the wire jacket so the original fan did not die the GND wire broke in the jacket and caused it to disconnect....
SKRat correct pinout?
Hello, just received my BIGTREETECH SKRat and trying to configure it. I'm confused with the pinout of some pins. I use klipper with firmware RatOS. The config file from RatOS contains only pins, and the instructions with Github others. For example, in the RatOS configs for the first extruder motor, the STEP output is PB10, but in the instructions it is PB8. Can you help me somehow and explain where the values are correct and where they are not? And maybe send the correct pinout for all outputs...
Solution:
https://github.com/bigtreetech/SKRat/blob/master/Hardware/BTT_SKRat_V1.0_PIN.pdf
shows that ratos is correct. The step for E1 (motor 5) is PB10...
motion issues in vcore 4 500
Just finished setting up the v core 4. When moving right or left on X the right rear motor isn't moving. But if I move y forward and back it works fine. Not sure what the issue is since clearly the motor works
Error sensorless homing Ratos 2.1
I just updated from 2.0 to 2.1 and I can't do homing. Before with 2.0 without configuring anything in the sensorless it worked correctly, I don't understand what it could be.
Solution:
When moments 2.1 creates the sensorless files it just calls the files separately, when you also need to call.
vcore 3.1 z-tilt issue
Just setup vcore 3.1 using guide. Following the guide I setup my X,Y and all the steppers. The XY was inverted in the original guide and change them around and put ! On both directions pin now they home ok. But, Z tilt is a mess. The printer cant adjust z tilt and the probe points seems very wired too help please
Solution:
yes, that is the homing sequence. Home X towards 0, and Y towards max
Y axis jamming when moving rapidly
I am facing an issue shown in the video. I have cleaned the linear rails thoroughly, lubricated it with white lithium grease and am still facing the issue.
I think I notice, my right linear carriage has missing ball bearings, 1 on each side. Will that cause any issue? I did not lose any bearings while cleaning
I initially thought the belts were binding somewhere but if so why can the tool head still move left and right ?...
