Linear Rail damaged?
While disassembling my eva 3 i found what's looking like metal shavings on my x axis linear rail. It looks like a coating coming off.
If i move over those shaving very gently with a metal tool, there is a perfectly fine surface under it.
Should i get a new linear rail or is this fixable? ...
From BL touch to probe not working ?
Hi , I was running with a BL touch a few month but after few crash bec of bended pin i decided to change to inductive probe from ratrig . so connected hastaged all bltouch point and now getting an error about BL touch pin ! i read everything teice but no idea anymore what can do

Under-extrusion issue.. ruled out many factors.. maybe dying extruder or goofed Klipper config?
Two days ago, I started experiencing what appears to be an under-extrusion issue. I started a thread in fix-my-print https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1101622262244839535 but this has gone beyond a single print issue. It started with a print going sideways (first photo - gaps between perimeter and infill and inconsistent extrusion) but during troubleshooting, I reprinted some known working g-code files with a different material and some related issues were visible. The second photo shows two sets of extrusion test parts printed with the same g-code file with no changes.
I think I have ruled out these possible causes....
- Wet filament (dried dried dried) and also tried different materials.
- Slicer.... tried printing a pattern generated with the Ellis pressure advance calibration tool....

Just getting some confirmation that I'm on the right track
My thoughts are my frame isnt square and that's the cause but is there anything else that can cause it to be uneven?...
max_extrude_cross_section
orbiter 1.5, Rapido, 0.25mm nozzle
I'm trying to run a print and I keep getting a max_extrude_cross_section issue, in the priner.cfg I have the nozzle size set and in the printer settings, I also have use realtive e distances checked off as well.
any advice would be great....
ebb42 adxl345 error
Idoing an ACCELEROMETER_QUERY i get the error Invalid adxl345 id (got ff vs e5). now what i found is the say ìts almost allways the wiring now its not thw wiring in my case seeing its on the ebb42. So does it have to be the USB cable or is there another reason? i'll try another cable but I don't think thats the problem. Just tried MEASURE_AXES_NOISE and it responds so does that mean its working. I don't want to run a test in case it would mess things up. ok went ahaed a did a MEASURE_CO...
