LDO Orbiter V2 started making a weird noise

Recently my extruder started making a weird noise every now and then. It seems to do it for a few minutes then stop. I have no idea what's causing it, but it seems to go away if I remove the filament. I've included a short clip of the noise I've already broken down the extruder and all the bearings seem to be in good shape and there's no obvious debris inside the gearbox....

Weird BLTouch Behavior

Hey y'all. After many successful prints with the BLTouch, all the sudden I am getting some really strange behavior out of it. When the printer turns on it will eject and retract the BLTouch as normal, but when I start a print or home the printer I run into the issue that the pin does not eject and wind up with a "BLTouch failed to verify sensor state" error. The sensor is not flashing but wont respond to a BLTOUCH_DEBUG COMMAND=pin_down either. Manually pulling the pin out doesnt result in a sensor state switch from open to closed. I have tried moving the sensor pin and ground (PB7 on my octopus board) over to the other PB7 pin for an inductive sensor, and I even tried moving it to a stop switch sensor (PG10 on my octopus board) and updated the printer.cfg accordingly to no avail. It is as if klipper seemingly forgot how to operate a BLTouch. Any help would be appreciated....

LGX LITE Extruder wiring - Motor turns backwards

I plugged in the LGX cable as is from the factory. However the extruder runs backwards. I know I can reverse it in the printer config but seems I have something goofed up.

Racking issue on xy.

Hi there. After removing my printer from my garage to fix a hot end issue. After fixing it, i decided to give the printer a quick clean and service before it goes back in the hole. I've noticed my xy gantry has developed a racking issue. I cannot get it square again. Regardless of belt tension, the left side (looking at it from the front) will always hit the front of the printer first before the right....

X gantry has a "sine"-like resistance variance when moving along Y

I don't know how else to describe it, but when I move the X gantry along the Y axis, the resistance follows a sort of sine wave. This only started to occur after I followed the X alignment guide: https://ratrig.dozuki.com/Guide/10.+X-Axis+Gantry+Alignment/210 Prior, it was a linear (and negligible) change in resistance along the Y axis. Is it something I should be concerned about?...

Belts Binding in specific spot

I am currently at my wits end, and have been working on trying to fix this off and on for almost 2 years now, to no avail. No matter what I do, the bottom belt binds up in the exact same spot, every time. I've doubled checked all pulleys are assembled correct, retensioned the belts a dozen times, replaced the belt 3 times, replaced every single pulley at least once, replaced the gear pulleys on the steppers. Bought the upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1. Nothing seems to work, and on reassembly it binds up...

Raspberry Pi "touch" Feature Quit Working

After more than a month of working just fine on my new V-Core 3 with Octopus Pro 446 MCU, the "touch" feature on the Raspberry Pi 3B+ display screen quit working. The display itself works ok, although the "screen saver" feature goes black after about 15 to 20 minutes of printing. Very annoying. I thought the problem might with the Pi 3 B+ itself, so I tried another Pi 3B+. Same problem. Most functions of the Printer are controlled wirelessly via a Windows 10 laptop. The OS is RatOS. Is the...

Z Probe always TRIGGERED, even when the probe is disconnected

Had a little accident today and during homing the reverse bowden tube tangled up and yanked out my X End Stop, destroying it. I have replaced it and now it works as it should but now Z Probe (inductive) always read as triggered. It doesn't matter if it is actually triggered or not, always reads the same. When triggering manually, a red LED comes on but it is still triggered. I am always clicking the refresh button, to see the change of the status. I have disconnected the probe completely from the board so nothing is connected to PB7 pin, but it still reads as triggered. Now I am starting to think that maybe something has been damaged on the board when that X End switch have been damaged, maybe there was a short circuit for a brief moment and burnt something and there is voltage leakage to pin PB7....

V-Core 3 shutdowns mid print

Hello all. I have a RatRig V-Core3 500x500 printer. I have like 1 year or so. I still have some troubles with leveling the bed and printing with PETG. But the main problem i have is during long prints, randomly the printer shutdown. On the next day the printer is totally cold, the printer head is stopped in middle of the print, all fans shutdown and I'm unable to access the printer, give the error that moonraker is inaccessible.
I already search the logs but don't find anything. I'll attach the logs. Any one have ideas?...

How to connect the wiring of the bed heater and the ssr

Can somebody help me how to connect the ssr and the bed heater? I have an octopus v1.1

Guess I don't know which corners to adjust which way. Watched the video 3 times. As often happens, the experts make it look easy.
