Klipperscreen help

Hi gents, I've just received a 5" touchscreen and connected it via micro hdmi and micro usb to to my Pi4b. Cannot get a signal from Raspberry but the screen does boot and say "Raspberry" and then says "no signal". I am under the impression that RatOS has klipperscreen because I see the Klipperscreen file in updates. What do you think is the problem? I feel that I am missing something big.

Z-tilt problem after install beacon

Hello to everyone, after i have install the beacon and command to z-tilt this is not possible. Sometimes measure the front right corner and then move around all corners and make wrong adjusts without even measure the height.

ebb42 adxl345 error

Idoing an ACCELEROMETER_QUERY i get the error Invalid adxl345 id (got ff vs e5). now what i found is the say ìts almost allways the wiring now its not thw wiring in my case seeing its on the ebb42. So does it have to be the USB cable or is there another reason? i'll try another cable but I don't think thats the problem. Just tried MEASURE_AXES_NOISE and it responds so does that mean its working. I don't want to run a test in case it would mess things up. ok went ahaed a did a MEASURE_CO...

Z Tilt does not level

When i do a Z tilt after the first probes instead of leveling it makes things worse. The left and right more or less equal out but the rear z moves way down so when it tries to do the next probe in the rear the front two zs get to the end of the guides before the rear probe touches. Now if I move the z like 25 up no problems they all move together.

Include Missing

In my printer config have "# UNCOOLED TMC 2209 + LDO-42STH48-2504AC" with the different includes but if go to find the file "include RatOS/steppers/ldo/42sth48-2504ac/2209/24v-1.1a-z2.cfg]" there is no subdirectory 2209. Is the correct?

Uneven belts tension and square xy

Timing Pulley height

Does anyone have a good repeatable method for setting the X and Y stepper motor timing pulley heights? Right now my process is to leave one of the set screws free, move the gantry back and forth, then adjust the timing pulley up or down depending if the belts moves up or down on the pulley. Is there a more repeatable method for setting the height of the timing pulleys?...

Z-offset seems to be wrong every time

setting the z offset using the probe_calibrate command using the paper method seems to be ignored whenever I start a print requiring me to change it with the offset buttons until it is either not scraping or is actually laying on the bed, any ideas?

is it toothed idlers?

I went through all the settings possible one by one that could fix "ringing", nothing worked(over 1 year so I have tried a lot of things) this is why I am sure it is something physical now. I noticed this irregular patterns on all my printers vCore 3.0/3.1, prusa MK3S+ and an ender 3 v2, whether it is klipper or marlin with any speed/accel it still appear and I have spent a lot of time and money trying to figure out what is wrong for my vCore 3.1 500mm² I noticed that my y stepper shaft was slightly bent and for sure thought that was the problem so I swapped it with one of the more straight shaft z motor ( got hit in the face by the bed, which saved it lol, careful when unscrewing things...)...

Motor 8 Dead?

I have my stepup as per Ratrig connections, I haveb the three Z motors on M6, M7 and M8. What ever I try to home gives me an "Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_z2' register IFCN!" error. I know its not hardware having tried different motors. I had read about others having the same problem with M8. In the stepper config iy looks ok , so I 'm lost as to what check now. I did a search but but still haven't found the answers. ...

MG995 Servo causing error and beeping

Ya’ll. Struggling to add an mg995 servo to my rig.
Using the BLTouch pins, the servo initially moves to the initial_angle set position but the MCU (octopus) then disconnects and beeps constantly. I’ve tried using one of the endstop pins for the pwm signal instead (PG11) and got the same result. Have crimped and recrimped the connectors. ...

4028 is running the wrong way?

I have installed this fan from RatRig, used the red and the black wire and the blue for pwm control. When I start using my printer (V-Core 3.1 with an Octopus V1.1) I noticed that the fan turns the wrong way so the air blows out at the top. Is there a solution to make it turn the other side, other than flipping the fan..? And can the yellow wire be used for anything?...

Can't load filament with smart filament sensor enabled

If I do the printer will run the unload filament macro right away. The only working sequence is unload, turn off sensor, load, turn on sensor. Is there a way to work around this or is there an update in the way? (assuming that I didn't misconfigure the sensor)...
