Cannot update mcu config error.

After I start print printer stops at some point and shows me this error, typically 10-20 minutes into print. What should I do?

Z offset problem on V-Core 3.1 300

Im trying to do my first print but z offset is always 5.0 too high. I cant adjust it in menu before print because it goes back to 0.0. Is there a way to set z-offset permanently in printer.cfg? Setting bltouch offset to 5.0 doesnt change anything....

Note: Raspberry Pi Cam Module 3 - Not compatible with RatOS

Reason: RatOS 1 is built with Pi OS Buster. The Pi Cam3 requires Pi Bullseye to enable it to work. I ordered the Cam3 without knowing this - just wanted to share some info for others. There may be ways to work around this - but I haven't found one yet. For now, I'm going to use a spare Pi4 with Bullseye and create a standalone camera....

Heater heater_bed not heating

Good morning - my machine has around 400 hours on it, and yesterday I thought I'd finally finished it off and ran the first print after installing the Enclosure 2.0 (which came out quite well!). This morning I've gone to run another print and I'm getting the Heater heater_bed not heating at expected rate error in Klipper. I replaced the mains wiring the other day, moving to use wago terminals and this seemed to be working and I've double checked it, plus the print yesterday ran OK. Would not be surprised if this was related, although can't work out why it worked yesterday and not today. When heating the bed, I can see the SSR comes on, and all the wiring looks OK. Does anyone have any tips on how to troubleshoot this? I do have a multimeter and checked continuity on some of the connections after changing the wiring. Thanks!...

What do all of you do to keep the hot end wires from dragging on the bed?

i finished my rat rig vcore 3.1 with 2.0 enclosure, now the wires leading to the hot end are hanging down and dragging on the bed. it even go caught on one of the bed corners and almost ruinied the wires. so what do all of you do to keep the wires tidy and to keep them from touching the bed?...

Bed and Hot End Will Not Heat Up

Hi i just built a 500mm rat rig vcore 3.1 with 2.0 enclosure and the due 3 mini 5 plus. When i go to heat up the hot end and bed neither will warm up. i know the sensors are working correctly because when i heat them up with a heat gun the temperatures change on the duet web page. i know the config file is correct because when i do a pid tuning for the bed and hot end both have power coming out of the board. and the dc to ac converter is working because its light turns on....

octopus 1.1 is it fried?

Last week i noticed my finda probe light was out. When i felt the wire it was hot. Even burned me. So I unplugged it and immediately my pi started putting out smoke. Today i hooked up a new pi and when i turned the power on my BTT filament sensor started putting out huge amounts of smoke! Filled the basement even. Is my octo board fried? Or should i look at the power supply. Octo board lights up as it should....

Skr 2 powering issues

Hey yall. I'm trying to power my SKR 2 through my power supply and it's showing very faint LEDs and my pi isn't getting enough power to start up RatOS (see 1st Pic) However if I power it through the u-disk port, the LEDs are on full brightness and that's enough to get RatOS to start up (see 2nd Pic)...

Any way to fix a small moons stepper?

The black wire was pulled out of my stepper motor for the APUS extruder. Is there any way to take this apart and solder on a new wire? Or do I need to buy a new one

Super Pinda Problems

my super pinda is not working and says that the probe failed to retract. bltouch is commented out as thats what i had before the pinda upgrade. x and y axis home fine but when it does z it moves the bed down stops and says probe failed to retract. MY 4028 FAN DOESN'T SHUT OFF AT 0%

Hi All, Just finished upgrading to v-core v3.1. As part of that, I installed a Sanyo Denki 9GAX0412P3S001 4028 parts cooling fan. I wired up power and ground to FAN 6 (always on), pwm to PA8 (aka fan_part_cooling_pin), and the tach to PG11 of my Octopus board. Everything works, except that the fan doesn't turn off at 0%. The official documentation mentions this issue but the solution involves not using the tach wire. Is there a way to solve my issue and keep the tach reading? TIA...
