VC-3.1 500 - belt jumping out of flange

Hi guys, I have upgraded from VC-3.0 to 3.1 and now it seems that very soon after a print start (and also manual movement) the bottom belt is jaming as it‘s moving out of the corner flange. Is there any trick? ...

MY 4028 FAN DOESN'T SHUT OFF AT 0%

Hi All, Just finished upgrading to v-core v3.1. As part of that, I installed a Sanyo Denki 9GAX0412P3S001 4028 parts cooling fan. I wired up power and ground to FAN 6 (always on), pwm to PA8 (aka fan_part_cooling_pin), and the tach to PG11 of my Octopus board. Everything works, except that the fan doesn't turn off at 0%. The official documentation mentions this issue but the solution involves not using the tach wire. Is there a way to solve my issue and keep the tach reading? TIA...

Did a full reinstall of Klipper and Board firmware

Followed the directions like last time, updated the firmware on the board and installed the latest Alpha. However, once I get to Mainsail I have this message now '/home/pi/printer_data/config/config/boards/btt-skr-pro-12/config.cfg' does not exist Anyone come across this or will I just need to do another fresh install?...

Extruder not Working During Print

Having issues with my extruding not actually putting out filament. As in it wont spin at all during a print. It works when controlling it through the console on klipper and the extruder section. Also works with the load and unload filament commands. However when I go to print something it will go through the whole set up process. It will lay down the prime line, but wont print the actual part. I have tried a couple different STLs as well as switching the middle two wires from the motor just in case. No errors appear either. VCore 3.1 300mm Extruder is the Bondtech LGX Lite Extruder...

4028 Hookup Sanity Check

Have a SanAce 4028, although I am reasonably sure it's a re-stickered other model. This one seems to only run at 100% or 0% when playing with the speed, so I want to make sure my pins are good and it's really the fan that is the issue. Fan +12v is hooked to Octopus fan 1 positive (FAN0+) (jumped to 12v) Fan GND is hooked to Octopus heater 4 pin (PB11) Fan PWM is hooked to EBB 36 fan signal (PA0)...

I just tightened my belts? just a question.

I tighten my belts and now when my head goes to dock the probe, (no dock present) jt dose nog move and makes a weird sound.

The best way to restore RatOS

I wold like to know wich is the best way to reinstall RatOS, does someone has a fast way to do it? Actually i'm reflashing the SD with ballenaetcher and coping the last klipper_config directory to the new reflashed version....

failed to init Unable to read tmc uart

Hi all... i'm sure there is a simple solution that is staring me in the face, but i'm blind right now. My original board was Octopus 446, because of an issue, i ordered and got an Octopus V1.1 board to put in it's place. I'm past my original issue that I had on my 446 board, but now it's having trouble with the motors. I get the following error on all the stepper motors: stepper_x failed to init: Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_x' register IFCNT First off, yes, i removed all the jumpers except the 1 on all the drivers. That was the very first thing I did before I started hooking it up. Since it's with all of the drivers, there is something else i've missed and not sure what it is....

Skew Correction?

Dear all, do anyone of you use the skew correction? got issues with a 90deg corner and did some skew test - with a result, that didn't make me happy .... this is far away from 90deg! The whole frame has been assembled and measured on very plane precision table - all diagonal measures are totally equal. Belt tension is equal, too. Is there anything I can try to fix this issue? I always thought, that if the frame is okay an the tension is equal - than everything must be fine....

Initial Homing

Hello all.I managed to finish my wiring (test fit to check that everything works). So the problem is that i cannot home Y.When i press home all, it homes X successfully and then tries to home Y and it goes front right instead of back left and hit the front extrusion. If i test with SET_KINEMATIC_POSITION the Y moves correctly...Any ideas??? VCore 3.1 with Octopus Pro with TMC2226 (but i dont think it matters)...

Home z not probing center of bed

can someone tell me what i am missing.. When i do z tilt the probe does middle back but when i home for z the nozzle is in the center of the bed not the probe. How do i get the probe to probe center of the bed when it is homing z. Ratos prelease latest version for the manta M8P 500 build with euclid probe,bmg extruder and mosquito hotend. I am not well versed in this so dumb it down what i need to do.. Please and thank you..

Bed not heating

Yeah I feel ridiculous asking this seeing as there are two other posts about it but I cannot get my Keenovo 1500w bed to heat up. Im in the process of setting up the V-Core 3.1 500mm with Octopus V1.1. No red light on the SSR despite trying to imitate linked wiring posts...maybe im blind. Photo of wiring attached.😕

ADXL connection to RPi

I want to have 1 universal cable between printers - what changes I have make? Probing/Bed Mesh again after priming nozzle

Sliced a model in SuperSlicer, uploaded and started the job. The machine performs Z-tilt and mesh probing, before heating the nozzle to temperature and starting primeline. Then it decides to do bring nozzle-temp. back down to 150*C and do the Z-tilt and bed mesh once again! What am I doing wrong?...

Bed Not Heating

I have the standard Vcore 3.1 300 kit with Octopus v1.1. When doing the confirmataion settings my bed will not heat up. I get no LED light on the relay. I do have AC going into the "Bed Power" terminal. I get no Power coming out of "Bed Out" terminal. It is the correct heating pad for my country as well. I am fairly sure my wiring is correct too.

hdmi 5" wrong resolution (MANTA M8P + CB1)

Hi boys. I'm trying to install a 5" waveshare lcd. I have to change the screen resolution because it's wrong. here the guide: https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/5inch_HDMI_LCD_(B). The guide says to edit a "Config.txt" file in the root folder but in the CB1 root folder I can't find any file called "Config .txt" do you have any ideas? sadpepe
