Belt Tension direct measurement

I see the 'belt tension' subject repeatedly here so figured I'd shoot you all a 'measurable' solution. I'm not going to post my tables (too much data to try and simplify to post here)
But over several runs and various tests (for MY printer anyway) I can now set belt tension via direct lbs measurement and assimilate it to a vibration testing result....

Layer shifting on first few layers
Howdy yall,
I've been getting this issue on my V-minion for the past few days where I get layer shifting on the first few layers then the rest of the print goes mostly fine. This happens on both the X and Y axes. It happened around the time that I replaced the X motor cage, but I dont see how that could affect the Y axis, or why these issues would affect only the first few millimeters of a print. I know its ot a slicer issue becuase I've tested with gcodes from a few weeks ago as well as new ones and still have this issue. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated....

Gantry Misalignment V-Core 500
I recently discovered my gantry was not running parallel to the frame. I checked the frame squareness and it's within 0.5mm on the diagonals and the sides are parallel. BUT my gantry was out of alignment by more than 5mm when measured between the gantry ends and the frame. So I realigned the gantry to less then 1mm of misalignment from one end to the other against the frame, tightened the gantry screws and re-tensioned the belts. Now after a couple of prints the gantry is 5mm out of square again...

Part Cooling Fan and extrusion issues
Hi all, purchased my vcore 3.1 back in May last year. Upgraded a few parts and began setting up, had some issues and then got super busy. I'm now trying to tackle it again and could really do with some help.
The printer has the Rapido hotend, LGX-Lite and the ebb36 v1.2 board.
Issue 1) my part cooling fan only seems to want to turn on at 91% when controlled via slider in the dashboard, that doesn't seem right to me? lol...
Cannot update mcu config error.
After I start print printer stops at some point and shows me this error, typically 10-20 minutes into print. What should I do?
