Outer Wilds DLC not available when offline

Hello, I have Outer Wilds + DLC from Epic Games. When the game is launched with network connection, the main menu has the DLC's name "Echoes of the Eye" under game's name. When the game is launches w/o network, DLC does not appear. How can I play with the DLC offline? Games won't run with Wayland enabled after OS reinstall

I reinstalled Garuda OS today and now heroic games that I was running in Wayland mode aren't starting up unless I disable Wayland mode. This was not a problem before It also can't find the steam runtime even though I have that installed...

Rising Storm 2: Vietnam Black Screen (With Audio)

EAC and game executable are launched without any hiccups. Initial credits and company logos are shown, but when reaching the main menu, it is completely black. In-game background music can still be heard in this state. Audio does not have any synchronization issues.

Rocket League Freezing

Hello, So I've been playing RL on a Macbook Air M4 now for probably 3 weeks. A good amount of hours, too, 1-3 hours a day easy, most days. All of the sudden as of this past Friday afternoon, RL freezes when opening. I've tried different crossover/wine versions but nothing seems to help. I uninstalled RL and deleted Heroic and it did not change anything....

How to WINEDLLOVERRIDES

Hi, I'm new to Linux Mint and I'm trying to add a command in the Heroic Games Launcher to Borderlands 3. I can't enter WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dsound=n,b" as shown in the FAQ, and my previous attempt didn't work. Someone can help me?

Heroic refuses to run DoomRunner as an alternate EXE for DOOM + DOOM II

I tried to run the flatpak version, didn't work. I even built it myself and installed to my /usr/bin path, Heroic couldn't find it. I then tried to run it through a script, still no luck. How do you do this?

Grim Fandango Remastered

It crashes out after an initial 'loading' screen. Is there a workaround? Already tried various proton versions. This is on a steam deck.

Hitman 3 epic games “epic validation failed” any time on airplane mode

Using steam deck - Getting the above error message any time I try to launch hitman 3 (owned on epic games) in the heroic launcher on steam deck if in airplane mode. Launches fine with an internet connection. Does this mean I can only play this game with an internet connection? Any way around this for playing on a flight etc thanks...

Solution:

Most epic games have DRM from epic, that means you can't do anything about that if the games requires an internet connection to validate you own it against epic's servers

Moving a game doesn't work

I was trying to move a game from another drive to my default game location and it looked like it moved correctly and the files did get moved but after a few seconds it changes and then it still thinks the game is installed in the old location and says Game not available. Installing DLC for Alan Wake 2

It took me a while to realise that I didn't have the DLC installed for Alan Wake 2, however once I looked into it I realised that launching the game with the EOS overlay active leads to this error:

FlatOut: Game launches, but it runs in borderless window, on a very small resolution.

The game doesn't have its video settings in-game. It has a side .exe which manages video configuration. If the launcher had an option, to launch other .exe-s inside game folder, that would be great.
