JoinGOG library won't sync
Updated from iirc 2.14 or 2.15 to 2.18. Previously library appeared fine, but now it won't. Tried logging in again, but to no avail. Also was able to install a game right before restarting; unsure if related but mentioning just in case. Gog.log attached in the next comment.
Shortcuts
I installed a game onto Heroic and in the details tab I see "Add Shortcut" I have done this but it doesn't seem to do anything? What should it be doing? Is this the option that would allow me to launch the game from my Applications directory?
My goal is to find a way to launch the game from my spotlight/raycast search instead of opening the launcher and then launching the game. Thanks!...
Solution:
The shortcut goes into your applications folder that is inside your user folder '/Users/youruser/Applications/game.app'. Not to be mistaken by the main applications folder located in Macintosh HD.

First time installing the heroic launcher on my steam deck. This is also the first game I installed on this launcher, and then this issue popped up.

I'm trying to launch GTA V via Epic Games Store using PAID Crossover 25.1 with latest CXPatcher. I created a fresh CrossOver bottle named "GTA V"
I followed the FAQ to include USE_FAKE_EPIC_EXE=true in the Enviroment Variables...
Solution:
Full reinstall of Crossover fixed the issue
Appimage program
Iād like to add an AppImage program to the games list, which I managed to do, but unfortunately it doesnāt launch.
I selected Linux as the platform. I turned off game mode. This isnāt really a game (itās a World of Warcraft addon manager: WoWUp).
The Heroic Game Launcher is installed from Flatpak.
WoWUp itself works fine if I just launch it from the file manager.

Black Screen
I've been attmepting to game on openSUSE Leap 15.6. However after updating the system the games don't display anything other than a black screen. I've tried the reinstall option through flatpak on heroic.

Hello. I would like to report a problem that has been happening with my Fall Guys for over a month. In the game, the images do not load, making it impossible for me to play community, knockout, and ranked modes. The error that appears on the screen after being forcibly disconnected from the match is: āFailed download level.ā

The Legend of Heros: Trails in the Sky FC stopped launching overnight??
Last night I started up the beginning of Trails in the Sky. This morning I got on and now the game refuses to launch at all, I don't even get a window of any kind anymore. I haven't updated anything, all I've done since I played it yesterday was turn my PC off and then back on today.

Rocket League Crash During Replay
I encountered a program error while watching a replay of a match. The game suddenly crashed and showed a āprogram errorā message.
Heroic gets stuck creating Wine Prefix
When starting a game using Heroic, it just says "launching" and nothing happens.
The logs found under the context menu "Logs" option basically only listen my System specs and that's it....

I can't seem to get the first Jazz Jackrabbit Collection from GOG to launch on Heroic on Windows 11. I also have Jazz Jackrabbit 2 and Jazz Christmas games from GOG and they run perfectly fine on Heroic. It's just the first Jazz Collection I'm having trouble with. I really appreciate the help. I have attached the log for this.

Hi there guys I am new here so idk if this right channel to ask so I downloaded the heroic launcher on my batocera machine through betocera add ons and i downloaded few games but none of them are launching idk why i tried every trick changing proton or or smt else but none work if anyone can help here thanks šš½

Hello, I am trying to add mods to a game, but when i put them into the mods folder, .local/share/aspyr-media/Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Mods, nothing happens. Does anyone knows why?
Logging into Epic results in a locale error
Hi, got a fresh Arch Linux install and while configuring it I did a typo on the
locale.conf file, which resulted in a broken locale systemwide. Since then though I fixed it, all apps are working fine except for Heroic.
